Additionally, there's a real team of humans available for support, which has been helpful in clarifying behavior and solving problems when using the platform. **What do you dislike about Content.One?** There are still certain schema fields that we wish had some additional validation options, or certain things that lack flexibility they wish they had - e.g. change a single-line text field to a multiline text field without having to recreate the field from scratch + migrate content. We have used it for a variety of things like standard website verbiage, site configurations, and promo management. It's allowed us to create self service models that can be used by non-engineering teams as well. Integetration is fairly easy and there are multiple ways to integrate with your system. **What do you dislike about Content.One?** At times it can be clunky. Internationalization could use some improvement as the same value has to be updated in every language even if it doesn't change. It's easy to create to many json endpoints and can be hard to trace back which are being used. There are mechanisms for seeing the changes between versions but it does feel clunky. It would be nice if models could be given some extra approval settigns such that publishing requires approval first. Metrics on json endpoint and model usage would be extremely useful in helping us clean up our zesty instance. A smaller instant json endpoint would be useful. **What problems is Content.One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly enabling marketting to make changes to content without needing a new app build. ### 5. I met with a colleague for an intro, got an account to experiment with, and built two whole site concepts within two weeks! The Parsley code used is straightforward to understand, and there are some excellent documentation and youtube videos to learn if required. I started with a completely blank structure, and then added my own SCSS and JS and being able to organise and code in the browser was super helpful and fast. **What do you dislike about Content.One?** It would be beneficial if zesty had a way of creating pages and schemas using the layouts tool. The layouts tool is okay to reorganise content, but it would be great if you could add more fields and layout it out in one place instead of adding it to the schema and coming back. I did not use the layouts plugin in the end because it did not really help me. A future addition would be duplicating fields in a layout tool and rearranging them. **What problems is Content.One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zesty gives an easy-to-use and fairly powerful CMS system that does not cost the earth. There is extra work initially to get things set up and sometimes using zesty does not add any value if content remains rather static. **Recommendations to others considering Content.One:** If you have content that changes quite frequently, this is a great tool. It plans workflow that shows how contents are revised, accepted, and forwarded allowing them to confirm that contents are directed to the exact person at the correct time. It considers content management an essential and vital part of any marketing strategy. **What do you dislike about Content.One?** It does not offer the ability to organize multiple things at once. It wastes time because publication of different pages occurs separately one at a time. You cannot upload a comma-separated value (CSV) file in any way for things like distributing numerous redirects as a batch. It does not allow you to edit the file within an IDE of your choice. You cannot control the version through GitHub or anything else. For example, the with the Page and Pageviews you get percentages for new visitors, bounce rate, duration, region, and more. And if I ever forget what one option might be, it even has a small description of each to refresh my mind. I really feel how thoughtful they were in getting thins easy for users. **What do you dislike about Content.One?** Giving up GIT has been the hardest adjustment since moving to Zesty, I can't branch existing code into long term and short term projects. But I've been asking for it and it looks like the feature is in the works and coming soon. **Recommendations to others considering Content.One:** More seasoned developers will notice the lack of freedom in certain areas, no command line server access for example. But that's also the benefit, no time spent setting up and configuring packages on a server, you can just get to work, development and production environments are always there and the data is always synced.
