I like their development flows and the ability to use and manage schema in a straightforward way. Sites they manage tend to be pretty performant, which is crucial for our clients who need fast-loading mobile sites. I also appreciate the strong localization options for global sites that need translations. Additionally, there's a real team of humans available for support, which has been helpful in clarifying behavior and solving problems when using the platform. There are still certain schema fields that we wish had some additional validation options, or certain things that lack flexibility they wish they had - e.g. change a single-line text field to a multiline text field without having to recreate the field from scratch + migrate content.
