Zestfloor Reviews & Product Details

Zestfloor Smart MES Connecting Every Step of Manufacturing Zestfloor is an advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) from Intelizest, designed to bridge the gap between shopfloor operations and enterprise systems. By connecting machines, people, materials, processes, quality and enterprise applications, Zestfloor provides manufacturers with real-time visibility and control over production—helping them move from reactive operations to connected, intelligent and data-driven manufacturing. From Data to Decisions. From Decisions to Action. Zestfloor brings together OT and IT to create a connected manufacturing environment where shopfloor data is captured in real time, transformed into actionable intelligence, and used to continuously improve production performance. With IIoT, machine connectivity, automation, analytics, machine learning and Digital Twin capabilities, Zestfloor enables manufacturers to monitor, analyze and optimize their operations across the complete production life cycle. Zestfloor's capabilities include: - **Data Acquisition to Process Streamlining**: Automated data capture connects directly with machines and equipment or integrates through system-generated data feeds. This enables real-time monitoring of production parameters, advanced analytics and reporting (such as CP, CPK, PP, PPK), faster identification of process variations and improvements, and data-driven decision-making across the shop floor. - **Production Planning**: Management of production orders, bills of materials (BOM), routings, variants, operations, work centers, shift rosters, and work center groups. - **Inventory Management**: Handling material classification, inventory, reservations, stock, storage locations, and goods receipt. - **Quality Management**: Capture inspection results, quality characteristics, non-conformances, defects, rework and process variations while enabling real-time quality monitoring.. - **Execution**: Managing production/job orders, job cards, monitoring/data capturing, testing and rework, packing, and dispatch. This includes yield confirmation, scrap confirmation, rework confirmation, goods movements, material consumption, resource time booking, quality inspection results, equipment usage, and tool usage. - **Automation**: Integration with plant databases, wireless systems, mobile compatibility, sensors, and SCADA/HMI systems to capture movements, identify problem areas, and track the flow on the shop floor, facilitating paperless solutions for real-time data capturing. Zestfloor also emphasizes traceability, interoperability, and real-time control. It empowers manufacturers with real-time quality monitoring through seamless interoperability across machines, systems, and processes. By integrating with other Intelizest products like iBWMS, Zestlink, and Turbozest, Zestfloor delivers a fully connected data ecosystem providing end-to-end visibility from material inward to SMT, assembly, packaging, and dispatch. With a proprietary communication protocol, Zestfloor enables the integration of any machine—regardless of make or model—into the manufacturing ecosystem within days, eliminating traditional integration challenges and accelerating digital transformation. This facilitates machine-to-machine (M2M) and machine-to-human (M2H) communication, providing instant alerts and actionable insights during production. In summary, Zestfloor is a comprehensive MES solution that enhances manufacturing efficiency through real-time visibility, seamless connectivity, and intelligent automation, enabling manufacturers to achieve higher productivity, improved quality, and greater operational agility.
