**Describe the project or task ZeroChaos helped with:**

When hiring employees we require background checks, we decided to work with ZeroChaos to do these. The amount of time spent to work with them was far too high. Very difficult - would not use again.

**What do you like best about ZeroChaos?**

Sorry, we found no upsides. Their employees had little to no initiative, the database was difficult to enter data into, and their phone manner was curt if not rude.

**What do you dislike about ZeroChaos?**

This company does  not train their employees, the employees have no problem solving skills, and no patience. Sorry to say, we will not work with them again.

**Recommendations to others considering ZeroChaos:**

Look for other compaines to provide this service!

**What problems is ZeroChaos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using them to attempt to hire new employees and obtain a background check on them. After trying their services for two quarters, we will have to find another vendor to work with.
