We really like Zenventory for its unlimited users feature, which is a big perk for us. The pricing is really good and with the unlimited users and other features, it's better than the competition. We appreciate that Zenventory is heavily engaged with their users and keeps evolving their product with genuinely useful features. The seamless integration with our third-party software and with ShipStation is also a big plus. We also had a great experience with their customer service. I personally have talked with nearly all of them and they are very knowledgeable and nice people. The initial setup, despite having some hiccups due to our complex catalog, was made smooth by their full support, training, and troubleshooting, making it pretty easy to implement. Additionally, Zenventory is great for handling multiple units of measurement automatically, which is different from other software that complicates the process. **What do you dislike about Zenventory?** They don't have an end of year inventory system. Everything is just done through cycle counts. An end of year inventory option would be very ideal though. **What problems is Zenventory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenventory tracks inventory, manages multiple units, and removes user access limits. It includes all the bells and whistles you need without piling on distracting features or an overly complex UI and set of rules. On top of that, the support team is incredible to work with, which makes it much easier to feel confident when you’re first getting started. **What do you dislike about Zenventory?** I’ve worked with, and ultimately had to shelve, several inventory systems. Some of them even ended up shutting down our operations, which is why there are certain critical issues that would make me hesitant to recommend other systems. With Zenventory, if I’m being critical, I’d like more of their reports to support Excel/CSV downloads instead of only generating PDFs. They do allow Excel/CSV for some reports, but not all. Not a critical issue, but a nice expansion of a feature. **What problems is Zenventory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenventory helps us manage inventory, track and report expiration dates, and process orders in a flexible way. We were able to bolt it onto our already functioning shipping system, which we didn’t want to leave just to gain these features. Although Zenventory can handle shipping as well, our team has been trained on—and has been comfortable with—our current shipping software, ShipStation, for many years. Zenventory’s ability to work in tandem with ShipStation has been a great fit for us. ### 3.
