The lists for contacts are also not quite user friendly. When we import contacts, it creates a list for the date that the contacts are imported. I just want to have the contacts imported into the lists I select. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes it simple for us to collect dues and sell tickets. Setting up a new event is straightforward; you just answer some questions and click through, and you can add photos to make things more appealing. I also like that the campaign stats are available right away when I log in, showing how many tickets were sold and how much we've raised, all in one place. This makes it much easier compared to our previous PayPal setup, as Zeffy provides confirmation to our members who purchase.
