The layout and screen navigation makes sense. For example I can go from entering an invoice for an existing customer to editing the customer file and back to the invoice with just a click or two. There is allowance to create and use some customized fields. We use the custom field feature for things like customer PO number, tracking number and our website order number. I love that it factors in costs and has the ability to create PO's. It is easy to use and imports most of my information from other applications. Data driven based designs is very valuable to any company and this application let's us do that. I can't delete old company's or delete all the data if a major mistake is made. I want to be able to have the ability to remove data that is invalid. There needs to be a way to mass delete data.
