we were having problems with our computer and we decided to invite them for help. they did a wonderful job and now security is enhanced with best services provided.

**What do you like best about Zantek Information Technology?**

Zantek is very fast with good visibility and control over time. Their services are of high quality and through professionalism and good management. They are efficient when it comes to service delivery. Zantek is integrated with other systems that offers a variety of services. they are innovative and every time they introduce something new that is for the help of clients. with Zantek Information Technology it is easier to resolve issues with your own computer. they also have a good network assessment report and one can also connect by phone or email for technological support. the project management specialty application is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Zantek Information Technology?**

Sometimes when upgrading server, the system tends to misbehave in a way that there is vendor delays as well as interruptions.

**Recommendations to others considering Zantek Information Technology:**

If you want to imrove your business at a faster rate, then choose Zantek since they focus more inhelping customers solve their business problems through effective use of technology.

Issues to do with computers within our organizations.. the network assessment done by them are good and encouraging. W believe that Zantek has been a major contributor to the growth of the company
