  ### 1. Send emails, fast - but no more

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

You can send emails, that most of the time arrive in the inboxes of your subscribers. There's been times when the emails haven't though -- and other times when emails triggered haven't gone out. 

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

It seems to me that the product has been somewhat abandoned. Some functions are broken, and the email deliverability is a bit spotty. 

**What problems is Zagomail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZagoMail helps me send both marketing campaigns and automated emails in a very quick and streamlined fashion. From what I could tell, once I connected and verified my domain every email sent has arrived in the main inbox of people, maing their deliverability pretty solid to me.

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

Ease of use in addition to the quick response features when we use, for example, importing and deleting lists.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

It sounds promising, but when it comes to using it, there are several flaws: 
1) Tag addition that doesn't work;
2) Form integrations are not good;
3) Unreliable in sending campaigns, more than once I've programmed campaigns to be sent and they haven't been sent, so I've had to contact support and even then there's been a delay in finding a solution;
4) I've asked for support by e-mail and only received a reply 10 days later;
5) Support seems to have improved nowadays, but several times I asked a question and almost every day I had to repeat it to get an answer.
Anyway, one day it may be interesting, but at the moment it's unreliable and I don't recommend it. If I could ask for my money back it would be the best thing, but I bought a lifetime license and even with so many flaws the amount is not returned.

**What problems is Zagomail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, without testing the features, I thought it would be a great tool. But when I started using it and doing some tests, the failures started. This may be normal if you have support guidance. But I got no response from support, and I even found out that the company had closed. I sent a message to the Appsumo team, and they also sent a message. But after 48 hours, I had no answers to the questions asked. And I didn't know if the error was mine or the tool's. As I'm in the middle of a launch process and I didn't get a response, I decided to hire Mailerlite and stopped using Zagomail, as it is no longer reliable. Finally, I tested sending to my own email on three platforms: Buildreall, Mailerlite, and ZagoMail. MailerLite received it immediately, Buildreall took about 15 seconds, and from ZagoMail, it still hasn't arrived. I don't recommend using it as a main tool; I didn't feel safe, and it doesn't have adequate support, which is worse.

Zagomail is simple to use. The interface is user-friendly and can be navigated by a newbie as well pretty comfortably. Easy integration into Wordpress.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

The templates for Landing Page and Signup forms look very outdated, they have very little css controls. I found it hard to make it integrate with my divi themed website (visually).

Zagomail offered a simple, cost-effective, robust email marketing system.

Set-up sequencing depends on completing steps in advance of exploring features.

**What problems is Zagomail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As you dig into Zagomail you find little gems at every turn. From numerous ways to segment and tag contacts to the dynamic application of the same in Automations - all presented *along the way* when building Campaigns, Lists, Forms, Landing Pages, etc. Really an intuitive way to remind you... Time-to-Tag, or Send-to-a-Segment, etc. And especially helpful for those new to advanced list management.

One of my favorite ways to get the most out of a promotion has been to first automatically re-email every recipient that does not open an email. THEN do the same to any recipients that do not Click on an embedded link. Zagomail Automations makes it SO easy to set up and without limits (that I could see). How about segmenting or tagging those that are no longer opening your emails for X amount of time?

Like a few other mail service providers - Zagomail has Intelligent Scheduling to send your campaign based on the contact's open history. As well as Time Zone Scheduling. High-end stuff.

The email builder is as good or better than most with 40 well-done templates to customize as well as starting with a clean palette. The same is true of the Form builder. I have not connected a Form yet but don't foresee an issue.

The Landing Page Builder is also as good or better than most with 40 attractive ready-to-customize templates. It also has a blank HTML page ready for your own code. The assignment of your own domain to the Landing Pages is done with an A-Record (vs cName). I prefer the latter so setting an A-Record to a subdomain is doable.

Zagomail Support is outstanding. I had just a few pre-sale questions and Michael in Support responded as though I was the only person ringing the Chat Button. After purchasing I had a question about the domain A-Record issue. Again - the response time by Michael was under 1 minute and he stuck with my poor typing until we agreed on the best way to work the subdomain.

I just find this incredible jewel for contact leads and all automatization is fantástico, I begin increase convertions with hands off and I don´t need to pay addons like other companies.

I wish they could add more landing pages templates for several kind of business like real estates, restaurants, doctors, hair cutting and profesional services like lawyers.

Zagomail is a powerful tool that helps us overcome several challenges related to email marketing. One of the biggest challenges is managing large email lists, sending personalized emails, and tracking the performance of email campaigns. Now, these problems are solved by automating the entire process, from creating and sending emails to monitoring open and click-through rates.

This software also allows us to segment our email lists based on various criteria, such as demographics and user behavior, enabling them to send targeted messages more likely to resonate with their audience. By doing so, businesses can increase the effectiveness of their email marketing campaigns, which can result in higher engagement rates, more leads, and, ultimately, more sales.

Overall, email marketing software is valuable tool for businesses that want to streamline their email marketing efforts and achieve better results.

Would love to see multiple triggers for launching the same automation in a more user-friendly format. This would help me to reach clients from different avenues

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

Zagomail is one of the finest Automation toolkit for Automating the day to day basic tasks such as sending  introductory emails, followups and content reach emails. This saved a lot of time for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

I did faced some difficulty when I tried to retargeting my audience emails weren't getting delivered properly and use to fail in between may be there was some bug present but as the days passed it was taken care of by company and it was working fine. And I should mention one thing that Zagomail is pricedebit high comparatively but definitely worth it.

**What problems is Zagomail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me in Automatio  of daily tasks such as sending introductory emails to my newsletter subscribers and website visitors. I saved lot of time which I use to waste on sending those emails manually.

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

* Its user Interface is Fantastic.
* Automation Tool is Excellent.
* Pre-made Templates for email marketing are mind-blowing.
* you can design and customize your own templates, and the tool is very simple to use. They have provided the best drag and drop feature to design your own templates.
* Detailed Analytics: The best!!
*Finally the Integration feature that is you can connect this tool to any app such as google sheets, google docs, Shopify etc. this feature is my favourite one and make it stand out from the rest.

I would highly recommend Zagomail to anyone looking for a new email provider.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

* This tool offers a trial period of only 14 days which is a bit lesser than its competitors and I think this isn't enough to test it completely, It could have been at least 30 days. 
* Bit difficult in getting the customer executive on board if you encounter any issue while working with this tool.

* Saving a lot of time and its analytics feature is helping me in deciding the retarget audience effectively. The efficient delivery method to send Mails. Pre-made Templates are adding more advantages and motivation to use this tool.

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

I recently had the opportunity to try out Zagomail, and I have to say that I was impressed! The interface is clean and user-friendly, which made my work more efficient. I also found that the customer support was excellent; any time I had a question, someone was there to help me out. Overall, I would recommend Zagomail to anyone looking for improved work efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

I did not come across any drawbacks during the use of Zagomail. In fact, it was a fantastic experience with a good user interface and feasibility. All the features which I used were mind-blowing.

**What problems is Zagomail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being the part of Media team at Sahana Trust and I enjoyed using the Zagomail platform. There was a campaign named "Day NRLM" and our challenge was to reach out to more and more volunteers in and around the district to increase the efficiency of the campaign all we had was a database and nothing else. This was the first time I came across the Zagomail platform and the experience was fantastic we not only reached more volunteers but also completed the campaign way before the deadline.

**What do you like best about Zagomail?**

Emails can even be designed, made, and sent without any prior HTML knowledge by using ZagoMail. Anyone can now create solid templates that look great on both desktop and mobile clients. They provide landing pages, List Management, Template Management and many more features.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

Go to the form page and click on the “Create Form” button then choose a “floating bar” form style. After adding a custom field in the form. When a user adds the name of the custom field, the custom field label is appearing in the advanced setting but the label is not appearing in the custom field. When the user edits the label in the settings then it is immediately appearing in the custom field.

Although I haven't set up any automation yet, the process of creating lists and forms was so natural and easy to use that I am confident that everything else will follow suit in terms of learning curves, which is crucial.

All business owners require a dependable email management system, which Zagomail provides. It consistently converts leads into customers. It's very intuitive and easy to use + their customer service is amazing!

I like that Zagomail has everything I need including automation, tagging, groups, forms, landing pages, white labeling and customization, and a great Ux interface. I've tried so many others including MailChimp, MailerLite, Active Campaign, ConvertKit, Kajabi, Drip, Klaviyo - and I am the most happy with Zagomail.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

The only downside is that there aren't a lot of direct integrations yet, but I know that will come in time. In the meantime, Zapier fills that gap so it's fine.

All business owners need a reliable email management system, and Zagomail has that. It's regularly converting leads into customers, so I couldn't ask for anything else.

In being a tech guy I like the zagomail application which is the one stop solution of marketing for small businesses with the help which one can manage their customers, send them campaign invites, newsletter etc. at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

Lack of tutorial which can guide the common user to use the application in fullest but I  believe that will be looked into by the team and will be taken care in future.

Small businesses are really dependable on extra resources for email management for their customers which is the big issue that Zagomail is solving. 

Now one can easily send the attractive and eye catching emails by using the built - in templates of the application.

I like the drag-and-drop landing page the most but most of the features and functionality are helpful and allow flexibility. Aesthetically it's very pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Zagomail?**

I didn't like some of the visual features they could use some tweaking, some bits I don't know what they do and there's some inconsistencies.

Zagomail is this application, this perfect solution for anyone who wants to boost their business, send emails, manage their customers, all at the same time and in record time. I highly recommend it.
