So our company has this non taxable food voucher amount which is given to the employees monthly which can be used on marts for food related purchases and also on restaurants. For this purpose, our company recently moved to zaggle and till now it is working great. Some points that I liked:

1. contactless payment: the earlier vendor did not support this

2. Good improvement: earlier we used to do authentication three times, OTP on phone, PIN then IPIN, which doesn't make much sense. Now there is an improvement but we still need two, OTP and PIN/FingerPrint.

1. OTP doesn't make sense every time we try to login. Either PIN or finger print should be enough.

I really appreciate how straightforward it is to use. The prepaid cards are very convenient, making it simple to monitor where my money is being spent.
