It helps me to make quick connections to my FTP server, and pull up files and folders with ease. The communication with the server is nearly instantaneous and there is little to no lag at all. Overall, a good investment for anyone looking for a solid FTP client for their business or technical needs. **What do you dislike about Yummy FTP?** I was a bit confused at the YummyFTP vs YummyFTP Lite versions at first, but once I realized that either would suit, me I was okay. Overall, I think YummyFTP Lite might be a bit more optimized for performance and downloading time, but not so sure. It is a good client built on a solid software framework. An A++ product, faster and more efficient than other FTP clients that I have used in the past. **Recommendations to others considering Yummy FTP:** Definitely like Yummy FTP for the GUI. It is superior to other FTP clients. I like the GUI for its ease of use and clear, clean design. Great product overall. Thanks, Yummy! **What problems is Yummy FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a client that would let me make quick connections with almost zero latency to my server, and YummyFTP fit that bill very nicely. ### 2. Bookmark management is nice, too (and it can sync bookmarks across multiple computers through Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud). **What do you dislike about Yummy FTP?** Every now and then, Yummy will automatically connect to a site when I launch the app. It's not a big deal, but it can get annoying, especially when it's not a site that I'm currently working on. I'm not thrilled that the App Store version is 32bit only and that I need to buy directly to get the 64bit version, but it's so inexpensive that I really shouldn't complain. **Recommendations to others considering Yummy FTP:** Buy it from outside the App Store. The App Store version is limited to 32bit, I believe, and you need to buy directly to get the 64bit version. **What problems is Yummy FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** While much of my FTP/SFTP publishing is automated, I often use Yummy to verify uploads and manually manage files on my remote servers. Remote QuickLook makes it easy to see which media files I've uploaded.
