SafeQ is a highly integrated and customizable solution. It is also very robust. That said, as the system administrator for this product at Boeing, I really appreciate the timely and expert support we receive both in troubleshooting and in creating non-standard customizations. Some of these customizations require recoding by Y Soft's developers.

Due to the cluster architecture and distributed printing, it is sometimes tedious to troubleshoot issues. However, those design characteristics are part of what make SafeQ 6 highly dependable. In truth, I wouldn't have put anything in this box except the survey required it.
