It is very easy to use and allows for separate projects for each team and a great level of customization for each without affecting the others. Workflows allow you to automate various actions and these are also customizable and shareable among teams. Despite the level of separation provided by the tool for different projects, Youtrack also allows issues to be shared between different projects and collaborate seamlessly. Kanban boards and scrum boards are great. knowledge base is great to have. integrations with slack is great as i get updates instantly.
