The first one is the time that it takes to upload our talent on the platform. It takes too long and it could be much easier. The other thing I dislike is the lack of feedback from the first internal interview to the next one. Sometimes we don't have any information from the candidate's process for weeks and we have to do a lot of work and follow-up while it could be done on the platform, having status on each candidate. **What problems is YouTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving us opportunities to help clients with their IT problems and also, helping us to find the right place for our developers and collaborators. Their clearly differentiate from individual agencies, as well as other 'platforms /marketplaces' in terms of a) the speed with which they deliver profiles (24h), b) the number of profiles they deliver (up to 10 in each batch), the quality and professionalism with which they handle requests (super professional and a can do mentality). **What do you dislike about YouTeam?** One has to screen for the right agencies to get through Youteam. One can quickly end up with many devs all from different agencies, which adds a lot of admin overhead. They helped me get a very quick overview of the quality & quantity of devs available, for the profile I was looking for, and finetune the recruiting process. Also, they provide the right pool of people that we can always dip into when I need a job done.
