The few times I’ve had to use Yooz support, they’ve been very helpful and solved my problem right away. Performance-wise, it works well. I also love that when you upload something, it does its best to match it to the correct vendor and the correct information. There have been a few times when I’ve had to correct it, but for the most part I really love that feature. The pricing i am not sure about because i do not handle that side of the accounting for our company. **What do you dislike about Yooz?** I really haven’t found a downside or anything I dislike about Yooz. It’s a great product. I’m sure it has downsides, just like any other product, but I personally haven’t come across any yet. **What problems is Yooz solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me solve accounting problems. The initial setup of Yooz was very easy, with short training and getting everyone signed up without any obstacles. **What do you dislike about Yooz?** One of the things that I wish we could do with Yooz is to see if the invoices were paid, like their statuses. It might be that I just don't have access to that feature. Also, I can't get search results to download anymore. **What problems is Yooz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple locations with different approval flows by location, department, and amount. Yooz is able to handle that without a problem. Also, it's easy to see where in the workflow the document is so I know whom to nudge for an approval. ### 24.
