**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

What I like most about Yodeck is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform feels. Setting up new screens and scheduling content only takes a few minutes, even for team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. The layout templates have been a real lifesaver for us, making it easy to put together professional-looking displays quickly without needing a dedicated designer.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The basic scheduling works great, but some of the advanced scheduling and timing options feel a bit overly complicated to set up. It requires a few too many clicks to configure specific date exclusions or complex multi-playlist rotations, making the deeper settings less intuitive than the rest of the software.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck solves the challenge of keeping our tennis club members informed about court schedules, upcoming tournaments, and club news. Before, we relied on outdated cork noticeboards or members checking their phones. Now, we display real-time court bookings, weather updates, and event photos right in the clubhouse. It has made our club feel much more modern, welcoming, and organized, while significantly boosting member participation in our social events.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck has been a complete game-changer for managing our display screens across multiple locations. The biggest relief, honestly, was how quickly we were able to get up and running—we plugged in the hardware, entered the activation code, and had our first dynamic screens live in under five minutes. When we ran into a minor snag with our local network setup early on, their customer support stepped in immediately with a fix, which set a great tone from day one.

What really keeps us on the platform is how effortless day-to-day management feels. The web dashboard is clean, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use. You don’t need to be a designer or a tech wizard to create multi-zone layouts, drop in dynamic widgets like local weather or live RSS feeds, or schedule content overrides. It also leverages smart AI formatting tools and dayparting to automatically adjust layouts and time our promotions, saving our team hours of manual tweaking every week.

From a performance standpoint, it’s been rock-solid. Content updates push to screens instantly, and since the media caches locally on the player, our displays keep running smoothly even when the store Wi‑Fi hiccups.

Best of all, the pricing actually makes sense. Having a free player included with the annual plan made our upfront hardware costs practically nonexistent, and the return on investment was an easy sell to management compared with the overpriced enterprise platforms out there. If you want a digital signage platform that simply works—and that non-technical staff can learn in ten minutes—I can’t recommend Yodeck enough.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

A lot of new features are being added, but they’re locked behind the premium paywall. This feels like a newer change, and it’s disappointing, since updates used to be included with the base plan.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck makes it easy and fast to deploy new advertisements across my locations, saving us a lot of time and money that we used to spend printing and shipping physical assets. On top of that, video content grabs more customer attention than static graphics, which has been a big plus for us.

Yodeck makes digital signage management incredibly simple. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing you to manage screens, upload content, create playlists, and schedule everything from one central location. Being able to update displays remotely is particularly convenient, and the player has proven to be reliable in everyday use. Yodeck offers excellent value for money, especially considering the features and flexibility it provides. The platform makes it easy to manage and update multiple displays remotely, which saves a lot of time and effort. The pricing feels fair for a professional and reliable digital signage solution, and overall I believe you get a lot of functionality for what you pay.

There are only a few things I would improve. Some features take a little time to discover when you first start using the platform, but once you become familiar with the interface, everything works very smoothly.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

What I like best about Yodeck is its ease of use. The platform makes it simple to manage digital signage content, schedule updates, and control multiple screens from a single dashboard, all while remaining reliable and cost-effective. Its cloud-based management and straightforward interface make deployment and ongoing maintenance very efficient. Because of our corporate security requirements and approval processes, we have not yet integrated Yodeck with other tools in our technology stack. As a result, we cannot fully evaluate its integration capabilities at this time. However, Yodeck has worked well as a standalone solution, and its support team has been responsive in helping us implement custom scripting to display specific website content, such as our heat index information. Once additional integrations are approved by our corporate team, we expect to further evaluate how Yodeck interacts with other business systems.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

One drawback of Yodeck is that some advanced features and customizations can require additional setup and technical knowledge.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck is helping us display specialized media content by working directly with their support team to develop scripting that will show a specific website containing our heat index information. Their assistance is allowing us to automate the display of this critical real-time data on our digital signage screens, improving visibility for employees and reducing the need for manual updates. This helps ensure important heat-related safety information is always current and readily accessible.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I continue to appreciate how much flexibility Yodeck gives me in managing my screens. Being able to make updates remotely from virtually anywhere has become something I genuinely rely on. What stands out to me even more now is how easy it is to keep content fresh and relevant without having to physically be in front of the display. It gives me the freedom to respond quickly when something changes, while also making the overall management of my screens feel much more organized and efficient. Yodeck has become less of just a digital signage tool and more of a dependable part of how I communicate visually.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

My experience with Yodeck has been very positive overall, so my main area for improvement would be around remote troubleshooting and recovery. On a few occasions, when a screen or player needed to be reset, I ultimately had to physically unplug the device to get everything working again. It doesn’t happen often, but because one of Yodeck’s greatest strengths is the ability to manage screens remotely, it would be great if that same level of reliability extended even further into troubleshooting. A more robust remote reboot or recovery option that could resolve those rare situations without requiring physical access would make an already convenient platform feel even more seamless.

Extremely easy to set up and manage. The first screen is completely free and includes full functionality, so testing it is hassle-free. The drag-and-drop dashboard makes it seamless to schedule content, videos, and layouts. Running it on a Raspberry Pi has been rock-solid and bulletproof for day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The player app can occasionally stutter when it’s running on third-party hardware like Amazon Firesticks, especially compared with the official Raspberry Pi player. Also, the more advanced custom layouts and widgets have a bit of a learning curve at first, so it can take some time to get comfortable with them.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck eliminates the hassle of manually updating screens with USB drives, dealing with high software costs, and losing uptime when the internet drops out. Instead of a complex, expensive signage setup, it gives us an affordable, remotely managed platform that caches content locally, so our screens don’t go black.

For us, that means saving hours of operational time each week. We can update menu boards, announcements, and promotional content across all our screens in seconds from a web browser, while still keeping our hardware costs extremely low.

The Yodeck devices are a great way to display company info. The web dashboard is very user friendly and intuitive. Being able to upload presentations directly to the website and push to the screens is great. The user management controls for admins is a great feature that allows us to fine tune access amongst our organization as needed. The devices provide a great ROI as they save the company time and money by not printing out paper handouts. Performance is great with no issues or delay. The fact these devices can connect to wireless or wired network is great.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

It’s a great product overall, but as an admin it’s surprisingly easy to accidentally push a screen update to every device across the organization. I’d really like to see a few extra warnings or confirmation steps to help prevent that from happening.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The ability to see everything, make subtle or significant adjustments, push and see the results, is just fantastic. 

I've had folks bring up a problem they saw and I was immediately able to address it. 

It's snappy and seems to take our images and turn them into thumbnails I can see and quickly scan. 

We've gone through times at our church where price was prince. Where we needed to cut costs. And Yodeck was never even close to being cut. The price is right. 

Finally it was easy to onboard and setup for a novice like me. It was one of the first tools that I gained the ability to use on my job as communications director.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I cannot identify downsides or dislikes. However I can think of improvements. 

I think you should take some tips from social media dashboards and tickle the admin with reminders to freshen up certain images, revisit certain campaigns, harmonize any hodgepodge looking graphics with your brand. There could be some appropriate level of nanny-ing that might help especially the novice communications director like I was.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to get information and identity out to three different groups that use our property during the week. The community (like AA), school families and on Sunday, our church. Yodeck allows us to serve all three audiences from our devices.

One of the most useful aspects of Yodeck is how easily clients can manage their content without needing much guidance. The interface is very simple and intuitive to use, especially compared to other digital signage CMS platforms, which are not as well designed in terms of UI/UX.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The least useful aspect of Yodeck is its video editing functionality. While it offers a large image gallery, its options for working with videos are quite limited. Other digital signage CMS platforms provide built-in online editing tools, such as trimming and merging videos, and even creating masks, which makes the overall workflow much more complete.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While the core purpose of a digital signage CMS is to manage content from multiple accounts in one place, Yodeck also provides tools that make this process much easier. It also delivers consistent performance, with no major connectivity issues, along with good storage and upload speeds for videos and promotional content.

Still, I think the free plan is awesome if you want to use it in a small store, or like us in a fritidsgård with just one screen.

Yodeck is super easy to use, has a friendly user interface and many powerful options such as RSS feed, video, images, the ability to view websites, and multiple "apps" you can add such as Google/Outlook calendars.  They also have premade templates to get you up and going quickly or just give you some ideas.

Google calendar integration could be improved by giving an option to view next 7 days in a weekly calendar or next x weeks in a monthly calendar so that the calendar view is still useful when you're approaching the end of the week/month. Not only is it convenient to be able to update screens remotely from any browser, but the scheduling of content is super helpful. Sometimes we need screens to display content and switch to something else at strict times. This lets us make schedules for switching and updating content, so that we don't manually have to change screens. Allows for planning ahead! Very helpful for a busy Museum.

We had an issue where we couldn't figure out why content was updating on the screens, or saving when trying to push to screens. After a while, we finally figured out that you have to have timezone filled in, in order to upload scheduled content. It wasn't obvious from the start the the timezone field controlled that aspect of the scheduling. It makes since now, but because it was a manual change instead of prompted, it wasn't immediately caught. Maybe if someone is trying to save scheduled content, have a "Required" field popup next to timezone so people realize they can't leave that blank.

I have been using Yodeck for a couple years now with the Raspberry Pi based Yodeck player. I have had absolutely ZERO issues (aside from the custodian accidentally unplugging it once or twice). I use the hardware to drive a cheap monitor mounted in the entrance hall of a church. Using the software from home, I update the graphics weekly - to show what's happening in the church. I also change out the playlist to a video based slideshow for funerals or special events. My favorite feature is the scheduling. I can add an end date to a graphic, put it in the playlist, and at the appropriate time and date it just drops out of the rotation. 
I cannot stress enough how this just works, and works correctly. I have not had to change settings, tweak connections, worry about downtime, or make any adjustments at all. It just keeps doing what it does, and I like it that way.

Very easy to set up and deploy on any display. They offer a wide range of widgets and connectors that help enhance your dashboards and visuals with real-time data. The onboarding is simple and quick to setup. I use Yodeck in my department to show new promotions, KPIs and other userful information. The price per screen is fair.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The remote management is what makes it work for us. As an agency running signage for our clients, we manage a growing fleet of screens from one dashboard — pushing content, monitoring status, and fixing issues without ever being on site. Offline playback is a big one too: screens keep running even if a location's internet drops, so we get far fewer support calls. Add the 800+ templates and live apps that let us produce a polished look quickly, and it has become the reliable backbone of our managed service. Setup on our displays is fast and it just runs day to day.

A couple of minor things rather than dealbreakers. Billing is annual on the higher plans, which is fine but takes a bit of cash-flow planning when you're scaling up a fleet. And on the hardware side, native support for the very newest Samsung Tizen firmware can lag a little behind the latest models, so it's worth checking display compatibility before you buy. Neither has been a real problem for us in daily use — the platform itself has been dependable — but they're the two things I'd flag to anyone evaluating it.

What I like best about Yodeck is how easy it is to manage multiple screens remotely from one platform. The main downside for us is the pricing. Since Yodeck is priced in USD, it can become quite expensive for Brazilian companies, especially when operating a growing network with many screens. With their great templates, in under 2 minutes I was able to grab a holiday playlist of theirs and add the company logo to display on the TV for a company photo. Great work! The player functionality is supreme too! you can add timers and expirations, communication and messaging is quick, their support is very quick to resolve any issues. value for money, is amazing, they offer a free tiral of 1 screen and adding screen is very cheap too! theres no known bugs and issues on my side after using yodeck for months.

right now there is no feature to present a PDF or powerpoint directly from yodeck (i hope they do ) , in short yodeck needs interactivity feature to let users interact with the media and that will greatly add value to the product. aside from these all purpose and features are amazing and delivers what is expected.

We use it for the display of some web pages with data on different screens at the production floor. The Raspberry PIs are hidden behind the screens and we can use the portal to set everything up. The platform is simple to use, intuitive, and highly reliable. My digital screens update in real-time without any issues, and customer support is fantastic—quick responses and very helpful. The centralized management is probably the biggest advantage for us. We can update what is being displayed, schedule different content, and manage the screens remotely from one place. This saves a lot of time compared with manually updating individual displays.

I also like that the interface is relatively easy to navigate once everything is set up. For regular operations, changing playlists or scheduling new content can be done quite quickly.

Yodeck helped me consolidate my workflow and cut the time I spend managing it literally in half. I can now control details on a per-slide basis, instead of having to apply settings like display duration globally. This allows each image to have a different display duration.

Yodeck has also given me a more robust scheduling setup and a fallback content solution, both of which simply didn’t exist in my previous digital signage product. There are other integrations I can take advantage of in the future when I need them, too. Overall, Yodeck has improved my performance by reducing the number of tools and the amount of time I need, while helping me deliver a better product than I did before using it. No stuttering video, no blank white stills due to missing jpgs. 

The best party is the pricing! It is literally just dollars more per month than what I was previously paying.

We use it 24 hours a day, running on 2 different devices, and it was easy to implement and adjust the settings. Customer support is quick and efficient.

Since they are small devices that transmit information to the TV, they take up less space and it is also easier to organize the cables and hide the device.

The performance is good, however, the Yodeck's own device heats up a lot. Furthermore, the acquisition cost ended up being expensive for us, who are in Brazil.

The simplicity with setup and even the interface/console. From setting up apps to creating playlists to deciding what content will play on what screen and when. It's all super intuitive and simple to use, but at the same time really indepth to so many different use-cases.
We are able to seamlessly integrate our PowerBI reports/dashboards onto our TVs as well. Just paste the link to the dashboard and sign in, that simple.
I have never had an issue with performance or downtime with these devices, but when I do come across random issues (usually user issues) support is so quick and easy to work with, issues never drag on. They are super quick to respond and resolve anything.

I genuinely do not have anything to complain about or say needs changing. There seems to be consistent updates and more integrations added all the time, and our needs are met tremendously.

Definitely the dark theme. It makes managing screens much more comfortable, especially when working at night or in low-light environments. It's a simple feature, but it significantly improves the overall user experience.

Yodeck offers many ways to share information on screens. It not only allows you to upload your own images, but it also integrates with tons of apps. The performance is great once you get everything connected, and if you're having any issues, the customer service is very helpful. The backend is very user-friendly, which is a huge plus for teaching others how to use it. But one of the biggest pluses of them all is the pricing. I've worked with multiple services similar to this, and by far, the pricing is the best for what YoDeck offers.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

We have seen an increase in the use of our systems where we found additional uses because of the flexibility. We are moving to the Enterprise plan because we have different groups working on it and need to separate access which is a nice feature we will soon explore.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The ordering process is a little confusing where the players and the subscriptions are separate. It would be nice that the system could have packages where buying players includes the subscriptions at least for the first year. I'm not sure how AI could be incorporated into creating playlists but this would be a nice feature.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to show updates and information in a variety of buildings and campuses to share customized information based on location.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The biggest win for Yodeck is its simplicity. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for anyone on our team to quickly upload, schedule, and manage content. Setting up new players and displays is practically plug-and-play. We went from unboxing to live content in minutes, which is a huge time-saver compared to other, more complicated systems we've used. The drag-and-drop interface is flawless.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I've been using the app for a year, honestly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Yodeck! From the moment we set it up, the platform has been smooth, reliable, and ridiculously easy to navigate. Managing and scheduling content across multiple screens takes just a few clicks, and everything syncs seamlessly without any frustrating lag or technical hiccups. The display quality is top-notch, and the layout designer gives us total freedom to customize our displays effortlessly. It has streamlined our entire digital signage workflow and saved us tons of time. At the moment, I genuinely haven't run into a single downside or missing feature.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I think Yodeck is a fun and intuitive way to improve office morale and maintain professionalism. The dashboard and UI is very friendly to people who may not be tech savvy. There are also multiple helpful tutorial videos on the site. I also enjoy the quick media delivery to my display module. It has no issues connecting with any of our devices here at the office, and the display quality and connection is crystal clear. I would say you overall get your bang for your buck if you are using this for a small business/office space. There is also the helpful AI Q&A chat box if you ever have issues that cannot be supported through the tutorial videos.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I don't necessarily have any gripes about Yodeck as far as functionality. There is a lot to unpack for new users, but they provide multiple resources to familiarize yourself with what Yodeck has to offer.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a more personalized approach to our office space. Our staff still see the coroporate slides, BUT having availability to make our own slides that pertains to our friends and coworkers is a great option.

What I like best is how easy it is to manage everything remotely. Setting up screens was straightforward, updating content takes only a few minutes, and the scheduling tools make day-to-day management simple. The players have been very reliable, and overall it’s been a low-maintenance solution that just works consistently.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced customization options can take a little time to figure out at first. Occasionally the interface can feel a bit limited when managing large amounts of content, and troubleshooting certain playback or network issues sometimes requires extra digging. But overall, those issues have been pretty minor compared to how reliable the platform has been.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved a lot of the headaches around managing digital signage across multiple screens and locations. Before using it, updating content was more manual and time-consuming. Now everything can be controlled remotely, scheduled in advance, and updated quickly without needing someone onsite. It’s saved time, made content management more organized, and helped keep displays consistent and up to date with very little ongoing maintenance.
