What do you like best about YetiText?

I have heavily used the automated conversation feature and Active Campaign synchronization. I enjoy being able to create personalized text messages for customers, send automated conversations to engage with our customers as my company scales, and synch email + text communications with customers. We have noticed a significant uptick in customer engagement since using YetiText, and we have been able to scale operations more effectively due to this platform. What do you like best about YetiText?

Even better than their pricing (which has to be the fairest and most competitive in the business) is their customer service. From the due diligence to the application, we have been spoiled rotten by their immediate responses and willingness to help. They made us feel like we were their only customer. What do you like best about YetiText?

Been using Yeti for a few months now, and I love the platform. We send many texts a day for our business, and have not been seeing blocks like we do on some other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YetiText?

Not much, but I would like the phone app to be more useful. It does not autocorrect, and doesn't start a sentence capitalized. I also would like the option to call using my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YetiText solving and how is that benefiting you?

My client prospecting and onboarding process requires some texting communication. YT allows for the automated conversation to go in multiple directions but still feel VERY real for the customers interacting. All the data is seamlessly collected within my Activecampaign CRM/Email automation and is used to trigger additional automations.
