We believed we were getting the ability to bridge SQL DB's into single views but after working with our implementation team it seems that the ability to integrate multiple DB's was in separate views. So our tables had to be joined within the data warehouse vs joined within YF. The natural language is a nice addition but not exactly what we were expecting. It's easy to implement and very friendly to use. I love its features and its functionality. I love the ability to be able to integrate Yellowfin into your application, and it's easy to integrate. Not that they are not helpful, but the support team recently has been dropping the ball. We had so many events when we log calls, we will provide all the sufficient information, and they will take weeks to respond, and when they do, they ask the very same things we have provided already. Another thing looks like when they get feedback from the product team, they don't test the solution they just forward and when we have questions during meetings, they are failing to respond to us.
