Unnecessary extensions can take our data, inject ads, and even corrupts your browser

The integration with Gmail works very nice once you get it set up properly.

**What do you like best about Yathit Chrome Extension?**

It helps us add leads to the Sugar CRM automatically. More importantly, when an email comes to our Gmail, the Chrome extension shows all the contact information and other details on the Gmail tab itself.

It helps me a lot to view all the details on the Gmail tabs itself than shuffling between two tabs constantly.

**What do you dislike about Yathit Chrome Extension?**

It's an extension that gets the job done. It won't provide you with the whole the SugarCRM capabilities like the Calender and task through its extension, but it still gets the job done.

**What problems is Yathit Chrome Extension solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saves me time from adding the same lead information twice. It automatically adds the leads to the CRM and shows the lead details on the Gmail window.

**What do you like best about Yathit Chrome Extension?**

Yathit is very useful for creating quick contact records. It offers intelligent record connections and merges related subjects if you want. The interface is integrated into GMail, embedded in a sidebar, which takes only a small portion of the GMail interface.

**What do you dislike about Yathit Chrome Extension?**

Yathit is pretty expensive to use. My first impression about Yathit was, that I kinda expect Gmail to integrate all the feature that Yathit uses in their interface naturally.. without the need of an addon like Yathit. Also meaning that Yathit is an addon you use on Gmail it means you will have to grant Yathit full access on your account.

**Recommendations to others considering Yathit Chrome Extension:**

There is a trial version you should try out first.

**What problems is Yathit Chrome Extension solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does help to organise your contact records and sort out tasks and subjects you set. For me Yathit saves time that I do not have to invest into organising my mail inbox.
