## Flatly Reviews
  ### 1. Does a great job of exporting our data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Flatly?**

That the data is exported on the hour, every hour without me having to do anything. It makes our data from the Pipedrive CRM usable in the traditional spreadsheet format.

**What do you dislike about Flatly?**

Everything works exactly as described and I have never had any issues!

**Recommendations to others considering Flatly:**

The team is really helpful and it does a great job of retrieving the data without manually exporting constantly. I highly recommend Flatly.

**What problems is Flatly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flatly export all of our Pipedrive data into Google Sheets that breaks the data into filtered tables to help run our business.

  ### 2. Marvelous tool to analyse the data from some of the most popular apps without being an API guru

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Flatly?**

Simplicity. I need to merge data from.several apps like Insightly, Freshdesk, Chargebee and to create custom reports. I am not a developer myself but I am pretty advanced user of spreadsheet and BI and for me finding a tool that flattens data was THE SOLUTION. Once you have the data flattened - I can do all I need.

**What do you dislike about Flatly?**

I will only ecommend that Flatly keeps the columns arranged the same way. Now, if you add a custom field in one of the connected apps, on the next export Fltly can completely reorder the sequence of the columns. Not something one can not deal with,.but still it would be great

**What problems is Flatly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting

  ### 3. Great way to get data out for reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Flatly?**

I think it is a very simple, easy way to export data from any database and flat it to multiple formats for further analysis.
The options available for databases and outputs is great.
In terms of notification, it works good and allow us to have a good overview of what happened with the job.

**What do you dislike about Flatly?**

I think there is a good number of improvements in the user experience such as managing jobs -naming, deleting, etc-

Also we ran into some challenges when running jobs at the implementation and the logs did not show all the information.

We have requested to be able to organize the data in a JSON Tree for multiple objects and they're working on that.

**Recommendations to others considering Flatly:**

I've told them a few items that could improve the user experience such as being able to manage jobs, and also improve the information on the logs to make it super easy for beginners.

A big improvement would be adding a true "Flattening" of JSON tree objects. They have told me that it is in under development.

**What problems is Flatly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a startup (VAQAPP) with a decent size at Firebase and I wanted to have the partners accessing the data in an easy way without having to invest much in Analytics. Given the fact that we have use Firebase we did not have a good number of options so we found Flatly.

With Flatly I was able to export data out our Firebase and present it in Gsheets so our team can analyze it with a tool they're familiar with.
