What do you like best about Buddy?

I have tested a number of AI Chatinterfaces and RAG Tools, Buddy starred in terms of meaningful and high relevant conversational results on the on side, and the way the user can adapt and guide Buddy's behaviour on how Buddy should act in particular, given individual conversations and requests.

Integration into our website was more than easy and fast, and most importantly, it never broke which means uninterrupted availability.

We are using Buddy frequently, and interestingly beside that we noticed an increase in website traffic overall since we introduced Buddy.

Customer support is just brilliant, as many recommendations in Buddys early phase were implemented, which lad to high customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buddy?

I cannot tell anything I dislike, as we have chosen Buddy over a hue competitor, which I have been using for a year prior to Buddy's arrival. There is no dislike, but some more recommendations as we start integrating Buddy even deeper into our website, and I am sure the team will spend all efforts possible to help get those recommendations considered in future releases, like we have already seen in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are running a tailor store and for us it is critical to qualify incoming leads and finally direct them to our booking page for an in person appointment. Buddy helps in that phase, and it was easy to train Buddy, asking the right questions, to really deeply qualify incoming client requests. It's amazing how Buddy understand where to ask additional questions in order to decide if a client's problem can be solved by our tailor store, and if so to also let them know the expected pricing for services. Once that has been qualified, Buddy diverts the client to a booking page, and that entire process makes sure, that we will receive only clients who are fully qualified and are willing to pay our premium prices for services.
