I worked with the tracking and delivery team very closely to ensure each of our new employees got off on the right foot. **What do you like best about Y & S Technologies?** The support and knowledge they have on offer. They provide several options in the category they work in. Our website maintenance and sales team have also been working with them for server maintenance and that's been pleasant too. **What do you dislike about Y & S Technologies?** I didn't find their catalog and services to have a wide scope. If they would've had them, we would've loved to work with Y & S a lot more than we do. I'm sure they will and are working on it. **What problems is Y & S Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with Y &S for supplying our employees with new systems. I worked with the tracking and delivery team very closely to ensure each of our new employees got off on the right foot. Also for providing spare parts for server maintenance. **What do you like best about Y & S Technologies?** It's highly organized, quick, the rapport building and the customer relationship team is great. They are quick with the logistical part and have quite a bit of experienced individuals like Stewart, their President. Great experience. **What do you dislike about Y & S Technologies?** The range of services is limited but highly focused. Except for that, I didn't dislike anything. **What problems is Y & S Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, we have a partnership for the maintenance and updating of devices. Also for server maintenance. They have been really quick given the restrictions due to COVID. ### 3.
