it's similar to ebay where there are different sellers, so make sure to look around and look at the policies before purchasing

One of the standout features of Newegg.com is their extensive product catalog. They offer a wide range of products from complete computers to individual parts, ensuring you have access to what you need and a variety of options to suit your needs.

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

The website can be cumbersome to navigate. The prices can often be beat at other places if you look around. Shipping times are not the quickest, and the site is filled with a lot of 3rd party sellers that you may want to avoid. They still offer rebates on some items, and it can be annoying to jump through those hoops to get the advertised price.

Check out what they have on sale and compare to other places to make sure you're getting the best deal.

**What problems is Newegg Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Newegg gives me access to essentially any computer part I may need without having to leave home. Many parts found at Newegg are not widely carried in stores in the first place, so I have many more options to choose from.

**What do you like best about Newegg Inc.?**

Their product selection is huge. They have free shipping on lots of products. Prices are sometimes better than retail, even better than amazon. They also include sometimes promotional gift cards, sometimes 10% of the product's value.

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

Their user interface could be a lot better, it feels very outdated. Other than that, I haven't found any problem or something to complain about. I would like to see other kinds of products in their selection.

Spend your BTC there.

I purchase stuff directly with bitcoin. This is very convenient, considering you don't need to buy your BTC, transfer your money to your bank account, then pay for whatever you want to buy.

Horrible. We purchased 40 laptops for impoverished clients and paid almost $12,000. So far, the majority of them are defective. They do not hold a charge and die very quickly. Newegg has told us "too bad" because it's outside of the 30 day window, even though more than half remain unopened. We only recently started handing them out, and several people have contacted us with charging issues, and our Digital Navigator has witnessed the defects as well. Once our clients we gave them to reported issues, we kept track of how many, and contacted Newegg, they decided to keep out $12,000 and not replace any of the devices.

Not much, we were sold 40 defective devices and nothing is being done to address it

The lack of integrity and customer service, not to mention they sell defective laptops

Please replace defective devices that you sell and do right by the customer and community. What a disgrace.

None, we were scammed out of $12,000, and 40 people have laptops that don't charge, and they do not care.

I purchased a refurbished desktop with an Allstate extended warranty. Its had hard drive failure from day one but we could use it by restarting it 10 times a day. Since it was refurbished I thought I needed to use the Allstate protection plan. They have a 30-day window before coverage begins. Now Newegg won't takes it back since it's been over 30 days and Allstate won't cover it saying it was a "preexisting condition". Newegg has referred me to a "seller" twice and the seller claims it was not their sale. Now I have a $300 brick with a $50 extended "nothing" warranty. 

Pathetic service. 4+ hours of phone calls, chats, emails and no one accepts responsibility. For a small business technophile with 5 desktops and innumerable "gadgets", I will NEVER use this platform again.

variety of products. as a technophile I love new gadgets and building machines. It's a hobby and can be useful to my business.

I am going to make my long story short. Purchased a "Brand New" pc on 10/21... Received on 10/23 and that same day I called to notify of the issues. This PC had a CPU Temperature error and would not stay on passed 30 Seconds. I had to send it back which took another 5 days for them to receive the equipment. The equipment was received on 11/01, I was promised a 2-4 day process and a new one will be sent out. It is 11/18 on the day I write this review and I just received my first email from the company after my numeruos calls to inquire about the replacement. I ended up asking for a refund coincidentally the same day 11/11/21,they received word on the returned equipment. I was told the process would take 3-5 days... Once again its 11/18 and NOW is when this RMA was closed and I would have to wait ( you guessed it ) another 3-5 days... Once this ordeal is done, I would have exactly a month to finalize a process that other companies have finalized in hours... This company promises call backs and emails, for nothing ... If I could have put 0 stars , believe me I would.. I honestly wish the CEO or someone from corporate were to take their time and read this message or even listen to their recorded calls... That company is a shame

We sell gaming peripherals and decided to give Newegg marketplace a chance. Our first month here on Newegg as a seller has been disastrous. We were encouraged to sign up for the newegg seller elite membership. We were promised $1,000 newegg advertising credits to start with. so we signed up. 1 week later, the lady who introduced us to newegg changed roles within the company. At this time no credits has been issued for us. 2 weeks pass by. We started contacting another seller support member on Newegg if they know when we will get the credits so we can start our advertising on our products. Nothing. 2 Weeks passed by. We asked for an update and this time tagged the offical support email for newegg sellers. 3 weeks passed by. No responses. This is the 4th week and we're deciding to call it quits on sellling on Newegg. Our goal here was to sell our unique variety of gaming peripherals, but the experience has been terrible.

Nothing. Terrible seller support team, with no lack of directions. Takes weeks to get back to you. Honestly, the only thing you can like about Newegg is probably the fact that the customers who shop here are all into tech so its a very niche environment.

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

We dislike everything. There is no direction nor structure for this company to support newegg sellers. It has been a complete waste of time for us and money. No one has responded to our emails for help, and they honestly don't even care about our problems. If you want to sell on a marketplace, we definitely recommend going with the bigger companies such as Amazon. The support there is lackluster but at least they are attentive and will work with you to resolve your issues at times. The support here at Newegg is so slow, you'll be wasting your time here. They don't even provide you with the promotions that they promise they would if you were to sign up. We have been a seller here for 2+ months and we have not received responses or help from any of the Newegg team members. Complete waste of time.

If you need a marketplace platform to sell as a seller, do not use Newegg. Please use Amazon, or Walmart as they provide better support. they

No problems are being solved and no benefits are realized. Again, this is a waste of time. Do not sell here on Newegg. You will not have any direction from their support team and beware of any promotions they offer, it might not be true. This was our experience.

I use Newegg for purchasing computers and electronics. It is easy to find the best deal, purchase, and get any product really quickly. There is no issue with the return if something does not work as expected.

**What do you like best about Newegg Inc.?**

Great deals for the refurbished computers.
Amazing feature "Custom PC Builder" - it is really useful and saves you lots of time.
I often use the "Compare" functionality.
There are many options like choosing only "Sold by Newegg" products, "Shipped by NewEgg", "Direct From Manufacturer", "Free Shipping"
Often I find great deals on NewEgg just searching in Google Shopping. 
Easy to order and pay with a card or PayPal. 
Fast and reliable delivery. 
Easy return or substitute product policy.
Great communication experience.
Different options for shipping.
Possibility to pay a monthly/yearly subscription for faster delivery - it is especially useful during holidays time.

No downsides to using Newegg from my experience. Fast shipping, easy search, great deals, excellent customer service!

I definitely recommend trying NewEgg. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.
You can get any product for your home, office, presents for friends, family, or coworkers. You can create public or private wish or shopping lists, select any seller in search, use pc builder toot to make sure you get the right parts for your computer.

I can get almost any type of computer parts for the best price.
I can easily get all the necessary parts for any computer using the "Build your own PC" feature. Mostly I use NewEgg for purchasing computer parts but I like that I can get almost anything for our office similar to using Amazon.com.

We wanted to get employee desk setup and we had to look no further, all the components starting from screens to machines were found here.

**What do you like best about Newegg Inc.?**

They have everything you need. It is like every PC enthusiast's dream store. The staff is great and knowledgeable too, they have some good recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

A bit on the pricier side for certain items, like ssds were really cheap everywhere else, for power supplies too, their price was a little on the expensive side.

**What problems is Newegg Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though being expensive on certain things, when you are a big office, they do adjust the quote for you, so they are quite good on that and it is anyways better to get the personal touch vs generating a quote on some amazon dealer's webpage.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Ordered a laptop computer 12/27/2018. Received it 1/9/19 Okay so far. Started to load the thing with docs and apps. Closed the lid to read the MS code on the bottom and the screen never lit up again. Called for an exchange, the guy says no problem. I said "your website says your out of stock." He claims to have one and it will ship in 2 days, if I give them my credit card number to expedite shipping while I return the defective one. I ship the defective one on 1/11 and it is received by them on 1/15. On 1/16, I call "Where is my replacement computer?" Sorry we are out of stock. Give me a refund, "Okay, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days." MLK Day 1/21, a computer gets delivered. I think okay they got it worked out. NOOOOOPE, they shipped a computer with 1/2 the memory, speed and data storage, and $100 less value. I call 4 times and spend 5 hrs on the phone. Finally a manager says they will refund me in 2-3 days IF I give them a credit card number to cover the wrong computer in case I don't ship it. OKAY, did that. I shipped on 1/22. Today is 1/25, I am on hold for the 2nd hour. Still don't have a refund. They have hung up on me twice. I let them know I'm really "fed-up" I have used no profanity, but I'm about to. Making the 3rd call now. Another rep only authorized to apologize. The current call is now 1 hr. long with no resolution in sight. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you like being ripped off and enjoy frustration, Oh, and also being without a computer for 3 weeks. I bought a laptop from BackMarket.com on 1/17. That's why I'm so pissed that NewEgg still has my money. I needed to load Win10 on it but I got it on time and it was a better value.

The website is fairly easy to navigate, and they have a large selection of products.

Autoplaying videos suck up my data, and their pricing isn't always clear until you've added the product to your cart.

NewEgg is one of the best hardware and software providers on the internet today, and often offers very good pricing and service.

Sometimes items are not in stock, or they offer a great flash deal on something only to run out of stock.

**Recommendations to others considering Newegg Inc.:**

You should definitely check out Newegg as a possible provider. Never had any problems with them. On the few occasions we had to return something because it arrived DOA or had some other problem, they never gave us any issues.

Newegg's reviews are very high quality, their search makes it easy to use those reviews to pick a product, and their categorization/filtering is already great, but keeps getting better.

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

Newegg 3rd party vendors still don't give me confidence in buying from them. Newegg's checkout process is not as easy as other vendors.

Newegg was recently purchased in 2016, so expect that there may be some changes in their support and competitiveness. So far, I've noticed no difference.

We needed to custom build a few PCs to have strong processing and graphics for video rendering. They were able to get us the parts we needed quickly. Not many other sites have as great a reputation as Newegg for this particular market. 

**What do you like best about Newegg Inc.?**

The vast selection of hardware components. Especially the latest and greatest which we need for certain rendering projects. 

**What do you dislike about Newegg Inc.?**

Some of the prices are kinda high unless you get sale prices or buy parts on special.
