What I liked the most about this program it was easy to understand and use. For new employees they caught on fairly quickly. Not hard to implement the program.
Customer support was great for help but really hard to understand them. The one great thing about their customer support is we could usually get ahold of someone pretty quick.
We used this program everyday for our dispatching and data entry.
I would say they have some nice features that are easy to learn but not enough for what we needed. This is the first program we started with and integration was fairly smooth.

We had quite a bit of problems with the program crashing/not working.
Customer service support would rather just fix the problem instead of direct me what the issue was.
The other issue we had was it had to be downloaded to your computer so it took up a ton of space and you couldn't access the program unless downloaded on the computer you want to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
