What I liked the most about this program it was easy to understand and use. For new employees they caught on fairly quickly. Not hard to implement the program. Customer support was great for help but really hard to understand them. The one great thing about their customer support is we could usually get ahold of someone pretty quick. We used this program everyday for our dispatching and data entry. I would say they have some nice features that are easy to learn but not enough for what we needed. This is the first program we started with and integration was fairly smooth. The program is affordable monthly fees.
