At the beginning, I started using the intermediate customization and as I learned more about the advanced functions, I was able to switch to the advanced interface quickly. I have only required Support once and the truth is that the response time to my request was one day, with feedback in less than 24 hours, which are two features I value highly in a daily use tool.
