
It is a daily use tool, so when I started using the program, it has the option to customize the interface according to the level of experience. At the beginning, I started using the intermediate customization and as I learned more about the advanced functions, I was able to switch to the advanced interface quickly. I have only required Support once and the truth is that the response time to my request was one day, with feedback in less than 24 hours, which are two features I value highly in a daily use tool. I can't get used to having to be redirected to a website whenever I need to manage my account. I think it would be worthwhile to implement a feature or some element directly into the app where this management can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
