When implementing XMPro iBOS, a number of changes were observed in our company. The software was easy to setup and modify, but still allowed for advanced functionality. I did a significant industry search before committing to XMPro software and could not find another alternative that checked as many boxes as XMPro did. They are reasonably priced and provided top notch consulting on setting up the product. The software integrates nicely with many different systems. It has saved my team a significant amount of time triaging Condition Based Monitoring alerts on a fleet of surface mining assets, using a combination of a realtime prioritisation algorithm and our own internal knowledge of the data. The marketing material was difficult to translate into how the product actually worked. After a number of discussions on product functionality, demos and pricing discussions, we were able to get a better sense for how we could use this software as an organization.
