What do you like best about Xima CCaaS?

I’ve enjoyed working with Cody and Brandon to set up, deploy, and troubleshoot our account. The employees I’ve worked with have been one of the things I’ve liked most about Xima. Another aspect I appreciated was how simple the setup process was. Phone provisioning and account setup were straightforward and not overly complicated, which made the overall experience much easier. What do you dislike about Xima CCaaS?

I feel like the Android mobile app and the PC program don’t work as well as I had hoped. Several people on our team wanted to use the PC app, but it didn’t seem to work as smoothly or reliably as they were expecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
