## About XFlow
XFlow is a Danish no-code platform for digitizing workflows and self-service solutions, built specifically for the requirements of the public sector and regulated organizations. Developed by Visma Public Technologies A/S, XFlow is used by more than 175 organizations across Danish municipalities, regions, government agencies, educational institutions, and private companies that need to replace paper forms, email, and manual processes with structured digital workflows. With XFlow, non-technical staff can build and maintain digital forms, approval flows, and self-service solutions themselves, without writing code and without waiting on IT. Forms can be published externally for citizens and businesses, or used internally for employee processes, and combined into multi-step workflows with conditional logic, parallel approvals, and automatic reminders. XFlow is built around the digital infrastructure used across the Danish public sector. It supports secure citizen login with MitID, delivery of receipts and case correspondence via Digital Post, and both Digital Power of Attorney (Digital Fuldmagt) and digital consent, so relatives or authorized representatives can act on a citizen's behalf where needed. Submitted data can be delivered automatically to case management (ESDH) systems such as SBSYS, Acadre, and WorkZone, as well as payroll, pension, and other line-of-business systems, removing manual re-entry between systems. A dedicated product, XFlow KommuneLøsning, gives municipalities all of KL's (Local Government Denmark) standard forms already digitized, with updates to legislation, rates, and form content applied automatically, typically within days of KL's announcement. Data protection is built into the platform: XFlow is ISAE 3000-certified, hosts all data within the EU in ISO-certified data centers, and includes automated data retention rules and full audit trails to support GDPR compliance. The platform is also WCAG 2.1-compliant, including keyboard navigation and screen reader support, so self-service solutions remain accessible to citizens who need assistive technology. XFlow is offered both as a full no-code platform for organizations that want to build and own their own workflows, and as ready-made solutions for specific use cases such as KL forms, digital power of attorney, and digital consent, so organizations can choose the level of customization that fits their needs.
