I love that everything is easily integrated and shown through Slack. Creating ease for our team as this is our main way of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. Any time I have suggestions or need assistance the team jumps in immediately to assist. If there was ever an issue it is reviewed immediately. The team here is AMAZING! Before this the only time we obtained feedback was from manager one on ones (which aren't often) or by HR calls that also were not often. This changed the game overnight!! It boosted our company culture, increased the opportunity to provide appreciation, and real time information sharing (suggestion box or pulse surveys) without a concern of retaliation if the information, issue, or recommendation is not an easy one to share. It also helps provide great monthly reports to look at the people data differently. Very helpful as you didn't know it was necessary until you have it! The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them. It's great to see any concerns in real time as well as being able to address them right away. It gives our employees the opportunity to voice any concerns, progress, opportunities, bottlenecks, pain points etc without worrying about being judged. It ensures that our employees have a voice despite us working on a fully remote model. Given that most of the feedback is Incognito, its sometimes difficult to identify where the feedback is coming from or if it is related to a specific person, team or department. We are a gamification agency within 50 employees. We recently started using Incognito and that has completely changed the way our team interacts at work. The software is designed to promote recognition between colleagues and give feedbacks, and it does an amazing job of fostering a positive and supportive work environment. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it perfect for busy professionals who don't have a lot of time to spare. We were able to get started with the software right away, and we were impressed by how intuitive it was to use. The support team was here to help and to improve things in a short delay when requested. One of the things we love most about this software is how it makes it easy to recognize and appreciate the hard work of our colleagues. Whether it's giving a shoutout for a job well done, thanking someone for going above and beyond, or simply acknowledging the efforts of a teammate, this software makes it simple to show gratitude and recognition to those who deserve it. We also appreciate the fact that the software allows for anonymous recognition, which can be especially helpful for shy or introverted team members who may not feel comfortable calling attention to themselves. It's a great way to encourage participation from everyone on the team and to ensure that everyone feels valued and appreciated. Overall, we can't recommend this software enough. If you're looking for a way to promote recognition and appreciation between colleagues at work, this software is definitely worth checking out. We wanted to encourage communication within our company while allowing for anonymous questions or concerns to be expressed. At the same time, having this be easy and immediately accessible led us to look for solutions within Slack. Incognito allows us to receive anonymous questions or comments, moderate and then respond as an exec team, either individually or across the company, without calling out any individual; it even allows for anonymous recognition of employees. In our institution, we needed to continuously work on enhancing the quality of our education and services. We needed to have an efficient yet easy way to collect feedback from students and employees. We tried a couple of options until we found Incognito which helped us to change the feedback culture @Horizon. The separate private channels for feedback and the moderated public feedback channels are amazing.
