I love that everything is easily integrated and shown through Slack. Creating ease for our team as this is our main way of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. It gives our employees the opportunity to voice any concerns, progress, opportunities, bottlenecks, pain points etc without worrying about being judged. It ensures that our employees have a voice despite us working on a fully remote model. We wanted to encourage communication within our company while allowing for anonymous questions or concerns to be expressed. At the same time, having this be easy and immediately accessible led us to look for solutions within Slack.

In our institution, we needed to continuously work on enhancing the quality of our education and services. We needed to have an efficient yet easy way to collect feedback from students and employees. We tried a couple of options until we found Incognito which helped us to change the feedback culture @Horizon. The separate private channels for feedback and the moderated public feedback channels are amazing.
