Creating ease for our team as this is our main way of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. **What do you dislike about Wrenly.ai?** There really isn't anything I dislike. Any time I have suggestions or need assistance the team jumps in immediately to assist. If there was ever an issue it is reviewed immediately. The team here is AMAZING! **What problems is Wrenly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before this the only time we obtained feedback was from manager one on ones (which aren't often) or by HR calls that also were not often. This changed the game overnight!! It boosted our company culture, increased the opportunity to provide appreciation, and real time information sharing (suggestion box or pulse surveys) without a concern of retaliation if the information, issue, or recommendation is not an easy one to share. It also helps provide great monthly reports to look at the people data differently. Very helpful as you didn't know it was necessary until you have it! The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them. It's great to see any concerns in real time as well as being able to address them right away. The tool allows us to communicate with them even though they are anonymous and to see we care and want to make positive changes immediately. ### 2. We recently started using Incognito and that has completely changed the way our team interacts at work. The software is designed to promote recognition between colleagues and give feedbacks, and it does an amazing job of fostering a positive and supportive work environment. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it perfect for busy professionals who don't have a lot of time to spare. We were able to get started with the software right away, and we were impressed by how intuitive it was to use. The support team was here to help and to improve things in a short delay when requested. One of the things we love most about this software is how it makes it easy to recognize and appreciate the hard work of our colleagues. Whether it's giving a shoutout for a job well done, thanking someone for going above and beyond, or simply acknowledging the efforts of a teammate, this software makes it simple to show gratitude and recognition to those who deserve it. The separate private channels for feedback and the moderated public feedback channels are amazing. This opens up the communication channel more fully and fosters deeper conversations with the team. We have already experienced a strong impact from the tool. In one case, what started as anonymous feedback became an open discussion that lead to a significant change for our business. In another, an employee was able to share concerns about mental health that will result in changes to our healthcare plan. Having these conversations would be much more difficult directly with the team members. It also allows your team members to give you anonymous feedback, and you can reply to them without compromising their anonymity. It's great that the founders are so keen to talk to their prospective customers and help you learn your way around. I love the funny aliases (Anonymous Taveuni silktail, lol!)—I think it's actually really important (but easy to forget) to keep your sense of humour when giving and receiving feedback. :) **What do you dislike about Wrenly.ai?** I can't think of anything that I have run into that I dislike yet. Works great and my team loves it too. **What problems is Wrenly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to help my globally distributed team move toward operating more like a DAO (distributed autonomous network) where every worker gets a vote on each decision the company makes. I was running polls just by typing questions on Slack and asking people to thumbs-up the option they liked best. But I noticed it was ALWAYS a landslide vote (no one ever wanted to disagree with the majority). So I went looking for a way to poll people anonymously. The best part is that employees don't need to click away to a web-based survey or go to email. They can answer directly in Slack, which is what our employees prefer to do. Our response rate has more than doubled for our bi-weekly Pulse survey. **What do you dislike about Wrenly.ai?** Incognito for Slack is a very young company/product, meaning that some features are limited. However, the founders have been very receptive to feedback and quick to make changes to make the product work with how we need to use it. For example, scheduling pulse survey questions was a feature that we needed (since we aren't always able to hit send when we want). The team was able to build that feature in about 3 weeks. **What problems is Wrenly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main challenge with any employee survey, especially one that you send frequently, is getting employees to fill it out. Incognito for Slack has been great in that regard because our employees who prefer Slack over email have been much more inclined to send us their feedback. ### 23. The product is straightforward. I do wonder if my boss can see what I'm commenting or voting on as an anonymous user.
