I really like that WP Umbrella is a SaaS-based platform. It has a straightforward user interface, making it very simple to use. WPUmbrella allows to send frequent reports to every customers, reporting the backups and updates made during the month, but also custom works.

I can manage every updates on many WordPress websites through this tool.

Also, the customer support is very good and reactive.

Super simple to use, very easy to set up. I had a minor problem with my configuration when I first set up, but support was very quick to remedy it and I've had no problems yet. I use this software every day, and have had no trouble with it since I set it up. All of my sites update with no problems, and it looks like the rollback feature will be incredibly handy if I need it.

There are other tools on the market, but the price in combination with the features is unbeatable.

The set of features are awesome, the pricing is extremely reasonable (even for countries with struggling economy standards) and the team is really responsive and always bringing solutions to the table.

Nothing to dislike really, just take into account the product is relativetily new and in full development and some functionality may be on their way or differ from other advanced (but convoluted) solutions. Anyway, they took several critical features and developed them really fast!

It was such an easy migration from our previous platform, Manage WP. All sites got added by Boris from WP Umbrella, who did a great job and responded quickly. We sent the migration request form, and within an hour we had a response from Boris, and within 3 hours all sites were transferred.
