I really like that WP Umbrella is a SaaS-based platform. It has a straightforward user interface, making it very simple to use. The speed is great, as it performs updates quickly, which is essential for managing multiple client websites. Pricing is also something I find quite fair. The onboarding process was amazing because the team reached out and helped migrate my clients and websites from the old platform, and that was huge. The team is very focused on customer support, which is super important for me, and it's one of the top things I look for in a service provider.

WPUmbrella allows to send frequent reports to every customers, reporting the backups and updates made during the month, but also custom works. I can manage every updates on many WordPress websites through this tool. Also, the customer support is very good and reactive. I use it every week, and almost every day. It is very easy to add (through a plugin) and you can choose to hide WP Umbrella's plugin in the plugin list so it's unvisible for your client.

Cheap, does most things you need, good reports.
