Super simple to use, very easy to set up. I had a minor problem with my configuration when I first set up, but support was very quick to remedy it and I've had no problems yet. I use this software every day, and have had no trouble with it since I set it up. Nothing to dislike really, just take into account the product is relativetily new and in full development and some functionality may be on their way or differ from other advanced (but convoluted) solutions. Anyway, they took several critical features and developed them really fast!

It was such an easy migration from our previous platform, Manage WP. All sites got added by Boris from WP Umbrella, who did a great job and responded quickly. We sent the migration request form, and within an hour we had a response from Boris, and within 3 hours all sites were transferred.
