**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a very intuitive LMS that is robust enough without being overwhelming or overly complicated. An added bonus is that you can build training directly within the platform without having to leverage a 3rd party software. 

Aside from the product, the WorkRamp team is lovely to work with. They are flexible, responsive, open to feedback, and really want to do what's best for our organization. Every interaction with WorkRamp (LMS comparison, contract signing, implementation, and launch) has been relatively stressfree and they have supported us throughout every step. 

Since our implementation, we have received nothing but praise for this LMS and our organization has easily migrated from our old LMS to this one.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are some features that could be improved upon but we have shared, and continue to share, feedback on how to improve the product for us and other WorkRamp customers. WorkRamp is constantly listening to their customers and implementing feedback.

WorkRamp has made it easier for our organization to access training however and wherever they are.

The Sales team was really strong and responsive.  The product was on par with other solutions under consideration and we've been pleased with our rollout.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The reporting capabilities need improvement and the AI is good but we anticipate big advances with both in the future.

It's helping us to deliver timely and engaging learning experiences for onboarding of our field facing roles as well as ongoing enablement on key topics.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

While I haven't used the tool extensively, the implementation team has been highly supportive, responsive, and professional in onboarding us onto the tool. Nora has been a delight to work with, providing timely solutions to any questions and concerns myself and my colleagues have raised. WorkRamp itself is a straightforward tool that is easily navigable.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I have not yet used WorkRamp extensively, so it's challenging to provide constructive feedback. At times, it does seem overly simplistic, though I have yet to find anything it cannot do through a simple workaround.

Course enrollment, content management, content evaluation, attendance tracking, etc.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

What I like best about WorkRamp is its versatility and user-friendly design, which make it easy to create tailored, impactful learning experiences. The platform allows us to build and structure content flexibly, which has been essential for organizing product training for different teams. WorkRamp really helps us streamline our training processes and allows us to monitor engagement and knowledge retention effectively. These features ultimately support our goals to reduce ramp time for new hires and keep training relevant and efficient as our team scales. Plus, the intuitive interface has helped both trainers and learners feel confident navigating it, making the adoption process smooth across the organization. And I have to shout out the implementation process - it was a breeze!

I honestly have no complaints right now!

Improving our onboarding process & reducing ramp time for new hires, as well as making sure everyone in the company has at least baseline knowledge of our product.

Not much so far, I think the platform does what it is supposed to and is comfortable to use.

It's hard to identify anything I dislike about WorkRamp, but some of the integrations require greater access than our organization is willing to provide

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to deliver individualized onboarding content to specific groups based on WorkRamp's built-in automation. Using automation, we can deliver content to specific groups based on their location or group, which helps us to deliver curated content to specific people. Additionally, we are able to deliver, track, and report on compliance to meet cybersecurity framework requirements (GovRAMP, FedRAMP, etc).

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a first-in-class LMS. It's simple to get in and start designing content, has dynamic assignment rules to make new hire onboarding a breeze and their customer support team answers questions with frankly amazing speed. Finally, the reporting is SO simple to design for, but robust enough that I can answer questions about who has completed training whether they are coming from managers to C-suite.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is first-and-foremost an Internal LMS; however, they are growing into an External LMS as well! That said, the Academy is still growing and isn't quite as feature rich as the internal side. It's getting there, but is still catching up to other External LMS suites like Skilljar in feature parity.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp gives us easy to use and all-in-one training features, as well as simple drag-and-drop reporting to show training for both initial onboarding, learning and development and HR compliance.

It's more so on our end the things that we dislike. We have a complicated approach that needs a lot of flexibility and system integrations.

It is so easy to create, assign, and track content completion. Everything from the Admin side is super user-friendly, making it easy to create stunning content for our learners.

I wish there was better admin visibility in reporting. Reporting feels like a simple fix in comparison to the rest of the platform

The speed at which you can create courses. How easily you can manage users, assign content and review performance and outcomes. The one-click Salesforce integration.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

At the time of writing, multilingual translation is not comprehensively deployed, so you still get the odd English word when you select Spanish language. This is not a deal breaker, though, and we've been promised they're working on it.

The lack of consistent, group-wide sales training contents that enable our sales force to speak to our whole portfolio of solutions. Various, non-centralised learning platforms.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how easy it is to use WorkRamp. I am a training administrator and we can build out modules quickly and efficiently (sometimes at the last minute!) and everything will still run seamlessly. We use this training content on WorkRamp on a monthly basis for 3 weeks at a time and have been using it for about a year or more now. It is so easy to make edits to existing content as we go as well. I love that we can create tests and have the system grade them with the automation setup. It didn't take me long to figure out how to navigate the site at all and I find our trainees haven't really had any issues either. It has been a really simple training program for us to implement with our team. It's so helpful that you can go back to view the modules over and over again as well. I haven't had to use customer service yet.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I actually haven't had any issues regarding WorkRamp so far. It's been easy to use and efficient for our business needs. It's pretty basic and plain, which works for training, but if I had to pick one thing here, it would be that- add some more color and flair to it.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so easy to design our training content using WorkRamp because it's very simple and straightforward and we don't have to build any coding into it. It's as easy and simple to use as a Google Form, but ten times better and not as basic in it's appearance and delivery.

Workramp is one of the few LMS on the market that meets our needs, provides additional integration with our systems and is being constantly updated with new features. Tech support is superb, and always keem to help with any questions or issues.
We use it every day and it's well trusted by the business.

Some additional features around Event venue and instructor control would be useful.

None currently. The last issue was a hosting issue and it was resolved within 24 hours.

We have been using WorkRamp since 2020 and our experience has been great.

It has a user-friendly interface which is easy to navigate and create eLearning content.

They have an amazing customer support team. Whenever we need assistance, they are there to help within minutes, not hours or days.

Work Ramp’s ongoing dedication to improving their product sets them apart from the rest of the systems we reviewed. There team listens to our needs and actively engages us in their product development. They take our use cases into consideration and have enhanced the system to meet our needs. 

WorkRamp has been a great learning management system for our organization blending customer support, ongoing enhancements, and a solid user experience that helps our team deliver content effectively.

There is little I dislike about the product. There are other systems that provide more complex administrative capabilites. We do not have a need for the level of complexity we have seen elswehre for our LMS at this time. This is something to keep in mind when searching for an LMS to meet your specific needs.

I really don't have any, we've been on the platform for 3 years and everything has been great. I've used a few other LMS solutions before and Workramp has been my favorite.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a LMS that could allow us to scale our New Hire Onboarding efforts quickly and easily. We hire at a rapid pace and don't have the team size to lead much live training so we heavily rely on Workramp to support our onboarding needs for all of our GTM (Go-To-Market) teams.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The interface is really simple to use. There are many customizations available, including the ability to customize how users access the environment. We haven't launched our academy yet, but putting it together has been seamless. The builder has lots of nice tools to make the learning experience interactive, and WorkRamp has their own academy to facilitate the process of learning how best to use the software.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish there was more customization available. I like having the individual elements available in my courses, but would love to have more control over their appearance. Navigating the content creation back end was a little confusing at first, I wish it was a little more intuitive.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp will be used to help our customers become better aquainted with our system, and we hope that by integrating a learning structure using WorkRamp, we will see fewer support calls regarding some aspects of using our software.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Its easy to use and simple to build courses as an author. Similarly its easy to get the team to adopt it- its intuitive. Course creation is easy, it has good knowledge check options too. In general, the support team is responsive with regards to technical issues.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Scaling up as the team grows has been challenging, specifically around getting meaningful reports and insights. In addition, there are sometimes changes to the functionality that have happened that the end users complain about. Despite raising this multiple times, I haven't had a good solution. In addition, a lot of my questions get the response of "we will add this as a feature request" with no real insight into the future developments.

It gives me a way to train different teams en masse in a way that works for their scope and their role

Workramp is making my training and onboarding process easier and smooth.

The home page shows you a great dashboard view where you can see the progress of your training.
The library section shows your company policies, moreover, you can check your rankings from the leaderboard section

There is nothing to dislike but they can add a dark mode to their web UI.

This tool is making my learning easier as a new employee. It's an all-in-one tool to go to to complete your trainings which is very productive.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I have adopted WorkRamp as the LMS for two different companies. It is easy to use in terms of building content both for internal teams and for external client training. If you have a team of instructional designers, it is also quite easy to collaborate. I appreciate the reporting for managers with the My Teams feature, to hold each team accountable for their training. Additionally, the customer service is always great. I've only had good experiences with the WorkRamp team.

I would like there to be more customization when it comes to designing the learning content. However, WorkRamp continues to improve this with each product release.

We use WorkRamp for product onboarding for all clients and employees. Additionally, it is used for ongoing and role-specific training.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a very easy to use and easy to learn system for training. It's really just an online learning platform but they have thought outside the box in terms of how to make content engaging. They have many features to help ensure that the learning is paying attention. They also have different types of learning tools through guides, challenges, resources, etc. We have built out an entire onboarding program on WorkRamp. As an admin user, I use workramp almost daily whereas we try to keep our learners time on WorkRamp limited to 1-2 hours per week (more for onboarding). 

The chat feature available for admin users, is amazing. They are so easy to communicate with when you have a question. Separately, I feel that WorkRamp cares about us as a customer and they value us as a partner - not just a customer which is hard to find these days!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I can't think of many downsides to WorkRamp. There are more reporting tools and features we have requested but we know they keep those organized on a running list of requested features.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us solve many problems that we didn't have when we were in the office. For example, we have implemented a coaching program in WorkRamp where users upload calls so others can then listen to those calls. Being in the office, sales and customer service could learn by overhearing each other but that is not the case now.

WorkRamp is very intuative. Its very easy to onboard new admins and have them start creating eLearning immediately. 

The support is amazing via our account teams, online chat and product documentation. 

WorkRamp is constantly innovating. They listen to ideas and feedback and are constatly rolling out new enhancements that make the product more fun to use.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Reporting could be a little bit more intituative. You can get to the answer you are looking for but it may take a little bit of time to set up the report you need. If you are loking for a robust content creator or video editor, this LMS will not meet those needs.

We are able to streamline onboarding across multiple timezones and roles.

What I like best about WorkRamp is that it provides the ability to organize content in a way that makes it easy to find. One of the features I specifically find useful is being able to see all of the libraries a particular resource is in from the admin console. All around great for anyone who puts organization at the top of their priority list.

Additionally, the WorkRamp support team is outstanding at responding and taking care of any technical issues that arise.

I dislike that I can't pin the sidebar to stay open in the admin consoles when clicking on a different resource to view.

WorkRamp creates a structured environment to store our internal documents and training material. As a company, we were using a SharePoint site before we had WorkRamp and it was a mess. With WorkRamp, the clear libraries and the searching functions make it easy to find what you are looking for and not waste time searching through various folders.

It's hard for me to come up with a reason to dislike Workramp. I love this tool and so far WorkRamp has been an amazing asset to our company.

Workramp is our internal wiki. We have training materials, marketing collateral, industry knowledge articles all in one spot that is easily located in Salesforce. Our teams don't have to log in and out of their normal tools and can easily do their job with WorkRamp.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Initially it was the functionality + cost that drew us to invest in WorkRamp as a solution for our external LMS. However, it has been the dedicated staff during implementation, onboarding, and maintenence that validates our purchasing decision every day. 

Our suggestions for improvements are taken seriously and appear to be in line with requests from other customers. We  have seen some of these requests prioritized and deployed.

I have also gained tremendous inspriation and insight from their "unofficial" customer talks, which are led by customers. These talks are casual and without an agenda, allowing for organic conversation and the opportunity for customers to showcase how they use WR to meet organizational and project-specific goals in a very casual and engaging environment.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The only downside I feel we have experienced is that in our short time since our "go live" date (10 months), we've had several changes in our WR contact person. In all but one case, the new account managers have been up to speed and understood both our use case and future plans on the first call. In the case where the new representative was not a good fit, WR was able to quickly assign us to a new representative and we've been very happy.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a roadmap that includes enhancements to how we use WR; however, to date we have used WR to deliver product onboarding training, use cases, support articles, and quick reference videos to customers across a variety of industries and products.

It's worth noting that we have a team of designers and create trainings in Camtasia, Rise360 and Storyline (uploading SCORMS to WorkRamp); however, WR's built-in authoring tool is perfect for someone who is creating content for the first time or does not have experience with more complex authoring tools. It's intuitive and has similar engagement features as Rise360.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We selected WorkRamp for the clean, simplified employee dashboard as compared to competing LMS systems. Creating new (custom) content is simple for a first-time LMS user/administator. The prebuilt content has been the best way to engage our learners, so there is always something new and available for them, versus waiting for us to create new content in order to engage with the system. 

We also selected WorkRamp because of the integration with BambooHR, our HRIS. 

The customer service through the implementation process and beyond has been amazing. Support is constantly offered, and I feel there are multiple touch-points with the company as their client/customer.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

We haven't found a down-side of using the WorkRamp system. When we launched the software in June of this year I felt the reporting capabailities were a little clunky and hard to maneuver, but the revamp of the manager dashboard has solved that challenge completely. 

If there were one wish for improvement, it would be for WorkRamp data to be transferred back to BambooHR. (Right now WorkRamp recieves data from BambooHR but does not share completed course information with BambooHR.)

Consistentcy in new employee onboarding, career pathing and industry training; Accurate record of employee training completed to be used in bids and proposals; engagement tool.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is an easy to use LMS solution for both internal and external users alike. Not only is setting up, customizing, implementing, integrating, and managing the solution extremely simple for non-technical users, but there's plenty of ways to supercharge your customization if you have the knowledge. I love how the team at WorkRamp is continually asking for feedback from their customers on ways to expand and ehance their solution, especially since we use the tool daily it's great knowing that what they're working on will continue to make my job easier. And to top it off, they offer excellent customer support through chat, email, and Slack; they're always quick to respond and resolve any issues or questions my team has.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The only downside to WorkRamp, is you're limited with some of the customizations (design, layout, pages, etc). Depending on your needs and level of LMS experience, this may not be a deterrent but if you need a highly customizable solution, then it may not fit your parameters.

WorkRamp solves our need to quickly onboard, train, retrain, and engage our employees and customers. Both systems allow us to leverage tests, badges, and certifications to verify their knowledge.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp has a very intuitive user interface. As an administrator, I use it almost daily to review analytics about the tool. I'm able to easily export these analytics to share directly with our customers so they can have some insight into how their users are using the platform. It is also extremely straightforward to create new content in the platform.

We were able to authenticate sign-in to Workramp directly from our own platform, so our users didn't have to sign in twice or receive an invitation in order to access the platform. This is a huge value add to us.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

This isn't at the fault of Workramp, but the implementation process was a bit resource intensive because we had to generate most of our content from scratch.

The Paths in the platform are nice, but we are working with a variety of customers and personas, so it can get a little tricky to be able to segment the paths appropriately to account for everyone we want it to, while leaving out others, while also accounting for the authentication and access from our platform.

WorkRamp helps us significantly decrease our training burden as part of our customer onboarding process.
