Workpaddle Reviews & Product Details

Workpaddle (Paddle) is AI-assisted marking software for schools and secondary teachers. Teachers paste in their department’s own mark scheme and share one link with a class; students submit without creating accounts. Workpaddle marks the whole class set to one consistent standard, proposing a mark and criterion-by-criterion feedback for each student, with every judgement backed by a quote from the student’s own work that is checked against the submission. Every mark carries a confidence score, and nothing reaches a student until the teacher reviews, edits and publishes it. Built for GCSE, A-level and European Baccalaureate essay subjects. Student work is stored in the EU and never used to train AI models, and schools can sign a data processing agreement. Free plan available; paid plans for individual teachers and departments.
