**What do you like best about WorkGenius?**

Nothing to report on that is good, unfortunately.

**What do you dislike about WorkGenius?**

They lock you in a 12-month SAAS agreement with monthly credits that accumulate and are nonrefundable.  After trying to use the service for a few projects that resulted in low-quality work and low-quality freelancers that didn't have the basic qualifications of the job requirements, we decided to cancel.  Unfortunately, they will still charge you for the monthly credits until your contract is complete and you get no refund for unused credits.  
I recommend using Fiver or UpWork as the quality of freelancers on those platforms is much better and ease of use without wasting money on long-term contract obligations of monthly credits that will never get used.
WorkGenius requires you to pay for a 12-month SAAS agreement and a monthly retainer of nonrefundable credits.

Graphic Design work and developer work that never resulted in a finished product or project.

I like they offer a diverse range of talent from graphic design to SEO.

There is nothing I dislike about using this company.

**What problems is WorkGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the content on our websites enabled and assistance with a company rebrand. It is great to be able to find the resources all in one place and I can budget accordingly.
