"Low Quality and Poor Costly Service"

What do you dislike about WorkGenius?

They lock you in a 12-month SAAS agreement with monthly credits that accumulate and are nonrefundable. After trying to use the service for a few projects that resulted in low-quality work and low-quality freelancers that didn't have the basic qualifications of the job requirements, we decided to cancel. Unfortunately, they will still charge you for the monthly credits until your contract is complete and you get no refund for unused credits.

I recommend using Fiver or UpWork as the quality of freelancers on those platforms is much better and ease of use without wasting money on long-term contract obligations of monthly credits that will never get used.

WorkGenius requires you to pay for a 12-month SAAS agreement and a monthly retainer of nonrefundable credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
