I use Workera AI for upskilling and evaluating knowledge gaps. It helps identify areas where I can improve my skills, and I appreciate how it provides curated learning to aid in skill enhancement and gap closure. This feature saves me time from having to search for learning materials on my own in an unstructured way. Additionally, I find Workera's content more current than our internal training platform. Sometimes you can criticize yourself to determine what key things to develop but sometimes exactly not. Uncertain part is getting bigger and bigger while you get advanced. There are great assesment questions which are from not onlt theorotical but also include applied topics in industry. Amazing part is that you are able to find out what subject is missing or wrong and Workera provides the necessary and trustful link to learn it right away. Additionally ,another upside is great to find out your position globally (position percent among others) in a specific qualification and good to know that it would show better results statistically as more people engage in. Workera is quite different than many other skill testing web based tools that I have used. It automatically adjusts set of questions for me based on my answers and it is exremely good at it. I clearly saw my skills and knowledge gradually becoming better as I started testing my skills with Workera. The rigour that is needed to prepare my self for the next round was challenging but I literally got hooked to using Workera. I like everything about Workera AI. Its purpose is to make an individual learn by him/her self through gradual and comprehensive review of one's existing skills and knowledge. One can keep reviewing his skills . one of the problems in the professional lives is that , we forget the necessary skills after some days. It makes us stuck in one bubble which is big problem! When I am sure I am 100% right, but platform says I'm 25% wrong, I could not find a way to check my answers to prove my point or learn something new. Has it been FTP ghost from the past still hauning the servers who slashed my awesome new job expectations experience?

No hope. The presented job complexity is huge and pressure and expectation is enourmous. Maybe I am just such a failure. I understand that data science jobs require years of study and then years of practice. But how am I supposed to practice without a job and money to go on? Where is the chance of discovery and learning when doing things you've never did and being paid for that? Like it was before, in human world.

Domo arigato mr roboto, but where can I get into those "slacker" jobs that foster human ability to learn and depend on peers? Not to be a top level performer on steroids who burns fast and degrades quickly. I understand that the platform sets some high industry standards and expectations, and after that things may gradually fall apart. I am unemployed and I dislike it, even though I can "win" hackatons and do other creative things. Workera is not for that. Hard skills only and hard filter as well.

I guess it must be hard to read such critising feedback. It is not that Workera is worse than others or something like that. It is just an expectation that leading AI tool would deliver more than just be a set of tests for getting the driving licence. Like really fitting people into the places. Fitting hard people. Not fitting hard skills. So I hope it will take on this hard people problems in the future. Becuase remote only makes it worse - people communication and adaptation, and dehumanization of jobs.
