What do you like best about WorkDove?

One of the best features for Performance Culture is its ability to have a customized plan to suit your specific company. At my specific non-profit, we did a pilot test of Performance Culture. It was a great experience, as we as a company were able to align on core values that would push us forward in the industry. Although employees should be working for intrinsic rewards, sometimes an extrinsic reward is necessary. Using Performance Culture we were able to award our star employees to encourage competition. What do you dislike about WorkDove?

There are not many downsides! I personally believe that if you have a company and want to focus on taking things to the next level, Performance Culture is worth checking out. I would say that better customer support would help, but overall I cannot make any complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
