Sometimes the system can be slow/clunky. I would love to have it roll into our payroll system if we wanted. Creating custom reviews can be a bit time-consuming.

The initial set up and training on Work Dove was simple and effective. We were able to implement and get all staff using the program for their annual review in a matter of 3 months. The Work Dove reps were very helpful and did a great job hosting staff trainings. We've been using WorkDove for 8+ years and because of that long relationship, we've been able to see many changes come to life. We leverage a balanced scorecard approach to goal management, where all of our team members are expected to align their individual goals to the overarching company goals. The functionality to align individual goals to company's goals is good, but it is very difficult to really measure how each of those individual goals impacts the overarching company goals.

Intuitive, configurable talent management suite. Allows for sophisticated performance management, recognition and talent development solutions in a single interface.
