WorkDial Reviews & Product Details

WorkDial is a Salesforce-native CTI platform. Other tools connect to Salesforce. WorkDial runs inside it. Every other Salesforce dialer runs a second system of record. The call, the recording, and the AI insight are born in the vendor's cloud, then synced into Salesforce as a copy. Salesforce ends up the destination, not the source. WorkDial writes to native Salesforce objects (Call__c, Recording__c, Transcript__c, Sentiment__c) the instant a call happens, from a managed package running inside Lightning. Flow triggers on call events. Reporting runs on standard Salesforce reports and dashboards, not a second tool. What you get - Dial from any record. Reps stay on the record. Managers report from the record itself. - AI call analysis in the seat price: transcripts, sentiment, and summaries, never a paid add-on. - Bring your own Twilio at 0% markup. You pay telephony at cost. - You choose where recordings live: native Salesforce Files in your own org, your own Twilio, or your own cloud storage. WorkDial keeps no copy. - Outbound WhatsApp voice from any Salesforce record. WorkDial was first to market with WhatsApp voice inside Salesforce. - Live supervisor monitoring: Listen In (silent) and Join Call (conference). - Published pricing: Core $28, Professional $59, Enterprise from $99 per user per month on annual billing. 14-day trial on the full-AI Professional tier, no credit card. Security. TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption inherited from Salesforce in transit and at rest. Sub-processors are named: Meta Platforms, Inc. for WhatsApp voice delivery and ConvoAgent, Inc. for AI transcription, sentiment, and summary. WorkDial claims no SOC 2, ISO, or HIPAA certification of its own. What WorkDial does not do. It does not work with non-Salesforce CRMs. It is not a standalone business phone system. It does not replace dedicated call-center software at 500+ seat scale. WorkDial is built by the team behind ValueText, the Salesforce-native messaging platform with 4.97 stars across 100+ AppExchange reviews.
