It works without any major hiccups, no streaming  issues, or servers going down

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

The user interface is quite outdated. The API support is only available at higher-paying levels

Streaming webinars to our viewers

**What do you like best about WorkCast?**

Every member of the team is helpful and go out of their way.  I can turn up to an event confident that Worcast have checked everything on their side and everything is ready to go.

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

I honestly can't find anything to criticise.  They needed to understand our industry needs at the start but now that they do its great

**Recommendations to others considering WorkCast:**

I would recommend Workcast to all.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are massive, we engage with our customers in a manner which is convenient to them. Which allows us to add value beyond our products

Great customer service to assist us along the project

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

The platform has some restrictions if you are trying to transition between different speakers or groups of speakers

**Recommendations to others considering WorkCast:**

Organize an initial call with the product managers to understand clearly all of the features and ask about the limitations. Provide a clear agenda as guidance before starting the project.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can engage a wide audience easily

Quick response, nothing is too much trouble attitude

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

a niggle for me is having to remember to reply to an email with the event number on. Can be confusing when you have 2 events running a week apart

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eductaion in a very heavily regulated industry. this gave us the platform to give important information to our customers

**What do you like best about WorkCast?**

The staff are quick to respond and they walk you through the process step-by-step.

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

Navigating the time difference is a bit challenging, but that is not an issue soley with WorkCast.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving an issue with hosting an event during a pandemic. WorkCast's flexibility has been extremely helpful during all this uncertainty.

**What do you like best about WorkCast?**

The customer service is the best out of all of the virtual video sharing platforms we have used.

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

The customizability could be improved; we always felt a little restricted when creating our events.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to broadcast both pre-recorded and live webinars. Workcast supports this and makes the process incredibly easy.

Modern look, friendly customer service, easy to setup on-demand events from live events

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

Polling questions
Disconnection between presenter, participant and host view
Streaming issues
Not possible to create folders or separation between different admins of the same account
Not many languages are accepted

**What do you like best about WorkCast?**

Workcast provides solid and reliable service and frequently updates and upgrades their system.  They are very responsive to input and feedback and have often instituted changes we have recommended.

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

The Q&A interface a bit klunky and could benefit from being a bit more flexible. 

**Recommendations to others considering WorkCast:**

The Producer+ is good value for money, providing an easy-to-use interface and the ability toself-manage your webcast events.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workcast's Producer+ system allows us to easily self-manage our webinars, with full access to all admin tools.  This enables rapid updates and changes, allowing us to be hyper-responsive to our client's needs.

**What do you like best about WorkCast?**

It's so easy to navigate through the process. Not an overly complicated program. I'm able to get all my work done within a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about WorkCast?**

I dislike the log in progress. I can't save my password word in the system. Otherwise I think it's an great program.

**What problems is WorkCast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my previous order and able to click to reorder my stock. My coworker can edit some of the order if needed without me being there.
