**What do you like best about Workana?**

Actually, it is biased platform that freelancers cannot receive their payments in case of dispute.

**What do you dislike about Workana?**

The last case was about asking for the project fee as it is completely over. However, the client changed the project content in the end. Though, the platform cannot see what is right in there.

**What problems is Workana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In fact, it solves no problems out as well as stealing the efforts performed by the freelancers in case of disputes. Since the clients bring money to their platform, they make a decision on favour of them, regardless of who is right.

**What do you like best about Workana?**

I believe that Workana is a secure platform to work on, offering real project opportunities in various areas, especially in Graphic Design and web development, where people seek a service with more professionalism paid with guarantees.

**What do you dislike about Workana?**

Sometimes we have difficulties in getting more assertive responses from contractors, as we cannot converse freely with the client. This can be a hindrance if we do not know what to ask.

**What problems is Workana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find more qualified jobs to perform, where the level of delivery is higher, thus reducing the approval time for proposals and monthly budgets.
