I've used Workable at multiple startups now and it's consistently been a great experience that makes hiring so much easier when I have multiple roles to get through. The Slack integration is clutch because you get notifications right away when new applications come in or candidates move through stages. Managing candidates is simple: adding notes, moving people to next rounds, or rejecting them all happens with a few clicks. The automatic scheduling system is particularly useful, saves tons of back-and-forth emails trying to coordinate interview times. Their automated email templates work well out of the box, but you can easily personalize them when you want to add a human touch.
