**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abd E. | Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about WordPress.com?**

I have been using WordPress for 4 years, frankly, a great work environment that has everything that anyone who owns a website or store is looking for. It has tens of thousands of templates and plugins that help you create an integrated project in terms of speed, in terms of seo, and in terms of creativity. As a blogger, I own sites on WordPress. I specialize in writing long articles and contain many images. With WordPress, I find my comfort in writing and creativity, in addition to the availability of all the necessary tools that Makes you launch your first online accelerator. We also do not forget the updates that are launched periodically, in addition to the developments that Gutenberg knows day after day. Frankly, there are not enough words to describe it. I advise everyone to use WordPress due to the features it provides. As I mentioned earlier, as a blogger and article writer, I use it and achieve results above what is required to be achieved. There are 5 things that are required of you to create a professional website or store that meets all the conditions of Google. These conditions are Google who stipulated them, not me or someone else. These are the most prominent of them: 1- Speed. 2- SEO. 3- Quality of content 4- Appearance of the site. 5-Protection. These are the most important conditions for Google, if they are met, then you are successful. Question: How do we provide it? Answer: Through WordPress and the tools and plugins inside it. For some, these are considered insurmountable conditions. Frankly, they are normal conditions that anyone can provide through WordPress without getting tired. For example, in terms of speed, all my sites on WordPress have a speed of up to 100%. In terms of seo, I top the search results and the appearance of the sites comes with a professional design. Isn't this what is required has been achieved through WordPress, so we recommend it to everyone.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

The issue of protection is not a defect, but many people suffer from it, especially beginners. About myself, it happened to me when I was a beginner, some malicious software was uploaded to my site. And it was because of me because I was a beginner and I did not have enough experience, but I learned a lesson through it, I wanted to know how to hide sites and know the gaps and a lot of things I learned, so we advise anyone new to WordPress to first learn protection, it is very easy and not difficult.

**What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WordPress is an advanced work environment that offers a lot of useful tools for content makers, and you can also make money through it. It has helped me design my own sites as I want in terms of shape and speed, and issues search results in Google as the owner of technical and educational sites. In short, WordPress is all for all.

The drag-and-drop feature is straightforward and easy to use. There are lots of templates to choose from, and it integrates well.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

Custom CSS and other coding options are very limited and often require plugins. It also feels more expensive compared to Wix. The templates are sometimes difficult to customise the way I want, and some components are simply hard to use. On top of that, the AI editor is completely useless.

**What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as a marketing website and for forms to collect RSVPs. It’s also useful for building webpages for product pages and event pages.

  ### 13. WordPress.com: The Perfect Platform for Growing Our Travel Agency

Visit Dhow Cruise In Dubai's owner, WordPress.com has been a marvelous assistant for operating our travel agency website. It has a friendly interface, is very dependable, and is the right platform for showcasing tour packages, writing blog posts, and providing travel guides. The enormous variety of themes, plugins, and search engine friendly setup not only make it easier for us to draw in tourists and improve our position on search engines but also help us keep our content fresh with no technical know-how. It’s safe, flexible, and perfect for the online expansion of a travel business.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

Though WordPress.com is powerful, it still has some limitations in terms of advanced customization options when compared to self-hosted WordPress. Some plugins and design controls are only available for the higher-priced plans, which can be a financial burden for small businesses. Limitations of theme customization at times feel compelling, while performance optimization is closely correlated to the chosen plan. Nevertheless, these restrictions can be handled, and they do not have a major impact on daily operations.

  ### 15. Customization Heaven for Website Builders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shabba .

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WordPress.com?**

I really like the vast customization options on WordPress.com, especially the plugins for customization lovers like me. Plugins like LiteSpeed Cache help me by clearing my web cache, making my site and the dashboard run smooth. The Elementor plugin is great for customizing the homepage. I appreciate the export and import data feature too, as it allows me to back up my website data and restore it if something goes wrong. It's my all-time favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

I think they need to work on recovering credentials details if the user forgets their username. There's no option to recover your username. If you forget both your username and registered email, you can't recover your login for the WordPress dashboard. Also, WordPress.com needs a basic beginner tutorial for the setup.

**What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WordPress.com for vast customization of my site with plugins like Elementor for homepage design and LiteSpeed Cache for smooth operation. The export and import data feature helps safeguard my site data.

I like the ease of installing and configuring WordPress.com. In less than 5 minutes, I can have a basic website just by purchasing a domain and hosting. Then, I can customize it to be how I like. I also value that WordPress.com allows for the creation of self-manageable sites that are easy to update, with various integrations for sales, social media connection, and RSS feed.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

Prevention against hacks was a problem, I suffered a lot of ransomware due to WordPress plug-ins. It was resolved by installing a third-party plug-in. Also, perhaps the customization of basic themes could improve, for example, by being able to change colors or arrange things.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shailesh s. | we developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WordPress.com?**

I really like WordPress.com for its vast variety of customization options, which are far more advanced compared to Blogger.com. The ability to add customized plugins, especially one I created for adding users in bulk, has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to easily manage authors, editors, and admins with great control and efficiency. I appreciate the excellent SEO management capabilities, having evolved from basic knowledge to using powerful tools and plugins for all facets of SEO, which WordPress.com supports far better than other platforms. The integration with tools like Google Analytics is also valuable, offering insightful statistics on website visitors. Furthermore, my experience with WordPress.com has been very stable; my blogs and ads run smoothly without any crashes, making it a reliable choice for my blogging needs.

**What do you dislike about WordPress.com?**

I find transferring content from Blogger to WordPress.com challenging and cumbersome. WordPress should have its own tool to import content directly from other platforms like Blogger because using third-party plugins leads to distorted data structures. These plugins require extra installation steps, and the content often ends up distorted, especially the figures. This makes the migration process unnecessarily difficult.

**What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WordPress.com offers extensive customization, efficient bulk user management, and integrates seamlessly with analytics tools, enhancing my blogging experience. Its robust SEO capabilities and reliable performance ensure my blogs run smoothly without crashes.
