Their comprehension and proficiency of SaaS and related subject matter is exceptional. From broad overviews to highly specific and technical details, down to niche industry subtopics, they have this down cold. **What do you like best about Wordify?** They are easy to work with, responsive to feedback, and friendly and personable. Most importantly, they hit their deadlines and even come through in a pinch. They run their process smoothly and efficiently with no hiccups or setbacks, and get to work quickly. **What do you dislike about Wordify?** Payment can be a minor inconvenience if you are Stateside and not accustomed to working with overseas vendors. Also the time difference (they are London based) makes real-time meetings challenging but not impossible. Neither of these should be a deterrent to working with them, though. **Recommendations to others considering Wordify:** You will find 'cheaper' companies out there. Don't bother with them. What you will gain in quality, efficiency improvements, and headache elimination is well worth the tradeoff. **What problems is Wordify solving and how is that benefiting you?** High level content, especially when technical in nature, can be wildly erratic in quality. He understood the goals of the project right away, was very accomodating and approachable, and was able to provide valuable insight and creative new ideas for the project. Wordify is a very valuable collaborator to have on your team. They have a deep understanding of how to create content that's insightful, well-written, and works as an effective marketing tool. **What do you dislike about Wordify?** Kaya works out of the UK and we're in Canada so I dislike that we were never able to go for after-work pints. In all seriousness, long-distance work can come with limitations but Kaya was so accomodating with our schedule that I often forgot he was in another time-zone. **Recommendations to others considering Wordify:** I would recommend Wordify to any team looking to develop an effective content strategy or to create engaging content. **What problems is Wordify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with Wordify to develop a content strategy for our new logo generator, Hatchful.
