The interface is intuitive, so our team didn’t need weeks to learn the platform. Setting up email campaigns and segments is simple, and the AI insights and analytics make it easy to understand campaign performance. Another big advantage is that we no longer need several different tools. Email, SMS, and other messaging channels are managed in one place. **What do you dislike about Wooxy?** The platform works best on desktop. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to use on mobile. However, the main actions like stopping a campaign or quickly checking key stats can be done from a phone. For more detailed work, it’s definitely better to use the desktop version. **What problems is Wooxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wooxy helps us solve the challenge of launching and managing automated email marketing without complex setup or heavy technical work. If this is your first time working with SmartSender.io, think carefully about the most profitable channel for your marketing campaign. The company offers multiple channels and even multi-channel support, but it's best to start with one option to see if the service is right for you. At the same time, if you need a platform for organizing omnichannel communication with your customers, you have come to the right place. **What do you dislike about Wooxy?** Nothing really important. I just had to spend some time to understand how the menu works, but this is a nuance for "getting used to". **What problems is Wooxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I address SmartSender because I needed a reliable analysis of what data customers are most interested in. And thanks to their Excellent Customer Support, who are always online and ready to deal with any questions, it's super easy to get started and to figure things out in minutes, non-stop. **What do you dislike about Wooxy?** There was no kind of intuitive workflow, e.g., you start here, then you do this and that and everything one by one within one experience w/o necessity to jump from tab to tab. But I'm so excited that guys are always all ears and open for feedback from their customers, and they are always doing their best to fulfill extra requirements from their clients. For example: when I started working with automated email sequences, I needed an option to AB test a few templates and then just choose the one that performs the best. Now they made it possible (in beta so far). And that's amazing. **What problems is Wooxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation of customer communications. For example: sending trigger-based automated welcome email schemas for those who registered by did not proceed to activate. ### 5.
