Actually, I have not been able to find anything good about this software, as I have not been able to successfully use it yet. I’ll admit it’s a very capable piece of software, but it can’t even handle what should be a simple task for me: taking a lengthy travel video and using AI to shorten it into a punchy clip with a music track added. I keep being told to use the Smart Short Clips wizard, yet it insists on looking for a voice track. I don’t want any voice track, and no amount of explaining that seems to get through. I’ve gone around in circles with their AI Support Bot, because you simply can’t get to speak with a real person. The bot blocks you at every turn and just repeats the same answer. You simply cannot get to speak with a real person. Support is atrocious. It could be regarded as having some limitations when compared to other editing applications of a professional caliber. 2:FilmoraPro may not provide the same depth of features and tools as certain industry-standard professional editing software for those that demand a large feature set. 3:In the past, i have voiced issues over the rate at which new features are added and how frequently updates are released. The software might not be developed as quickly as some rival products. 4:i have occasionally complained about export option limits. I was double-charged $36.29 without clear consent, believing I was on a free trial. There is nothing to like when a company's first impression is an unauthorised billing error. I was charged twice for the same amount and submitted multiple refund requests with proof attached, all denied. I like the intuitiveness of Wondershare Filmora. The object remove is a nice addition, and the transition effects are fantastic compared to other software (I'm especially fond of the crosszoom and push left/right transitions). The inability to filter out paid effects/transitions/components. When they originally added all kinds of additional tier features, you could easily filter them out.
