Wolfe Inc. is an employment screening firm founded in 1985 and headquartered in North Carolina. The company is accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and is a member of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). Wolfe provides pre-employment background checks, including county, state, and federal criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, motor vehicle records, and continuous criminal and MVR monitoring. The company also operates a drug and alcohol testing program covering both DOT-regulated and non-regulated employers, supported by its own certified laboratory, along with driver qualification file management, E-Verify, and occupational health services. Clients order services and review results through WolfeONE, Wolfe's screening platform, which integrates with nearly any ATS and HRIS system. The company serves employers nationwide, with concentrations in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, staffing, and hospitality. Every report is reviewed by Wolfe's US-based staff, and support is handled by phone and email rather than automated systems.
