However, there is no phone line to call in case of emergency, but you do have direct contact with the assigned executive. However, if they are absent one day, you have to seek help in the direct chat on the platform. **Recommendations to others considering Runa:** Make full use of the tools offered by the platform, as sometimes we stick to the basics. However, there are many options to explore, from simple payroll calculations to the determination of accounting policies for faster and easier record-keeping. It is important to mention that I have been using RUNA since 2022, and to date, my account manager has changed several times. However, this has not diminished the attention I have received. 100% recommendable. **What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Runa does not have any problem. If any issue arises during their service, their customer service area provides a quick response to the user in order to resolve any issues that have been encountered. In our case, this benefits us greatly, since, from 2022, when we started using this provider, the internal processes of payroll calculation and determination have become much more efficient. ### 3. Easy to implement, easier to work with. It solves any issues related to payroll, and the team is extremely supportive if you need guidance through taxes of any sort or help related to it. When there is a change in labor regulation, they review it and share insights on it, how and when it will affect you and provide training on it. They have also implemented more and more things to work with in terms of benefits and compensations making every time easier to have everything concentrated on the same place. ### 5. The platform has allowed us to pay the payroll in less than an hour in the middle of the fortnight just before closing the office. It's so fast that we process the payroll in no time. Good things include the management of incidents that is linked to the payroll, so there's no need to do manual calculations externally. **What do you like best about Runa?** What I like the most is the design. 100%. We have used other tools that were so difficult to understand, and with Runa, it's the complete opposite. It's easy. If you don't understand something, there are videos. All good. **What do you dislike about Runa?** There are definitely opportunities for improvement. They don't work as separate things, but rather everything together makes it a high-quality platform. **What do you dislike about Runa?** I like everything, the truth is I haven't had any problems. Maybe what I have tried to change is that we were told we had access to some talks or workshops, and I never receive the reminder. We used to have dedicated people doing payroll every other week that would work full-time on just payroll and now they can get it done in less than an hour, including payment. Our employees are happier as well because they now receive payroll receipts. A feature they love is getting salary advances. A little over 10% of our employees use it on a monthly basis. We are happy with Runa and our employees are as well. **What do you dislike about Runa?** We don't like that Runa is in Spanish only. While our payroll operators speak Spanish, our executives speak very little and usually communicate in English. **What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Runa we have been able to run payroll much more efficiently. Everyone has a user including the employees. They can access their payroll receipts and get salary advances. As management, we have different access and of course, our admin has admin access. I think many platforms sometimes have a very high level of complexity, and in the end, you end up throwing your money away because you don't understand it, because you don't know how to use them, and this is the complete opposite. Now we have this app that allows them to register their entry from anywhere they are and be aware of the consequences of not logging their work entry. **What do you like best about Runa?** The app is a great success for the check-in process of the workers as this way we can have a well-established control of their incidents, absences, and what they are doing. It also helped us change habits since they have a clear understanding of what happens if they don't do that check-in. **What do you dislike about Runa?** I think I would love it even more if alerts could be set.
