The Runa team is very responsible with the inquiries we have in the company, always dispelling our doubts with great knowledge, and this makes the company feel very at ease to address any needs that may arise. "I love RUNA and its practicality in payroll processes"

What do you like best about Runa?

The ease with which activities are carried out, that is, the calculation, the connection it has with external platforms, such as the IDSE, the SUA, and, if applicable, even the various options it has for alliances with third parties, to have other providers at a low cost. What do you dislike about Runa?

I really don't have any disadvantage, it is quite useful in all its tools, and the fact that customer service is 100% remote is a double-edged sword, since everything is resolved via the internet, via chat, or your executive. However, there is no phone line to call in case of emergency, but you do have direct contact with the assigned executive. However, if they are absent one day, you have to seek help in the direct chat on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Runa:

Make full use of the tools offered by the platform, as sometimes we stick to the basics. However, there are many options to explore, from simple payroll calculations to the determination of accounting policies for faster and easier record-keeping. It is important to mention that I have been using RUNA since 2022, and to date, my account manager has changed several times. What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Runa does not have any problem. If any issue arises during their service, their customer service area provides a quick response to the user in order to resolve any issues that have been encountered. In our case, this benefits us greatly, since, from 2022, when we started using this provider, the internal processes of payroll calculation and determination have become much more efficient. What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the second time I've used Runa in different companies. Easy to implement, easier to work with. It solves any issues related to payroll, and the team is extremely supportive if you need guidance through taxes of any sort or help related to it. When there is a change in labor regulation, they review it and share insights on it, how and when it will affect you and provide training on it.

With Runa, we have saved a lot of time and effort in managing personnel and payroll. With its tools like vacation and leave control; how practical and simple it is to prepare payrolls, severance payments, and make calculations. The automatic calculation of salaries, taxes, deductions, and benefits, considering the latest tax reforms; the stamping of electronic payroll receipts (CFDI) valid before the SAT; the generation of reports for analysis, accounting records, and decision-making; and the security of employee information. In addition to having your payroll ready in 4 steps and reducing the time spent, I want to acknowledge the work of the Customer Success area, who provide you with excellent support at all times.
